I booked a room in 4-bed dormitory. As the advertised entire room was for myself. I liked the cleanliness, comfortable room heater, and good bathroom facilities.

People at the reception were not attentive to the guest's needs. Since my flight was late at night, I checked-out early and then returned to the hotel later to pick up the bags. I requested to use washroom, but the receptionist at that point flately denied saying that they cannot allow me to use washroom used by the staff (which is a single person btw) this was utterly hopeless.

It was very unique clean, and a great location to the Port of Miami

I did not like how I had to drive a distance away and then walk back to the hotel. I think the parking needs to be closer.

We loved our stay here. We were across the street from Trader Joe’s and had a mini fridge in our room and access to a microwave in the lobby. We could get to the beach in 15-20 minutes on a lovely walk through the big outdoor mall. We walked to the art deco district and botanical gardens. Staff kept our room key while we went to the beach and they watched our luggage after we checked out because we had a later flight. Our room was spotless and modern and they cleaned it daily and made our bed. There is no resort fee here and you can easily eat in so if you’re on a budget, then this is the place. Also, it’s just a few blocks to the free trolley stop which I rode to pier pointe park. Absolutely recommend. I am a single mom and I stayed here with my two daughters and felt safe and cared for.

Honestly I was surprised by the size of the beds and the cleanliness. It was a large space and we had plenty of room to spread out! All of the staff were incredibly friendly, and were great about requests for extra pillows or other items. Sometimes the front desk worker will open the pool at midnight, which would have been awesome if we wanted to swim.

There was only one wall outlet in the whole room, though each bed had a USB outlet you could plug into. It might have been better for those to be standard wall plugs. Just keep in mind that if your charger is USBc to USBc, you might need to bring a converter.

No bathroom in the lobby. No ice machine.

It was near the grocery, gym, laundry, and the beach itself. Restaurants were also not far was well as shopping centers in Lincoln Road. The property is also located in a relatively safe area in Miami. The hallways also smelled good. The lockers in the room were also nice to have and was great for storing my valuables. The place had everything I need to survive comfortably. The staff, especially the manager, Erika, were very friendly and accommodating.

1. Limited Sockets for electronics (non-USB sockets) 2. No kitchen. I like to cook my own food. 3. The sink was aesthetically pretty but it would collect dirt and water could not drain easily because of the sink’s shape. The same can be said about the shape of the toilet. 4. People loitering and eating for a long time in the lobby as if it were their dining room. They would often leave it dirty. 5. Some of the guests (from Canada) were very noisy and inconsiderate. They would run around the 3rd floor hallways for a prolonged period of time when it is supposed to be quiet time already. 6. No faucet in the shower block.

good value for money! good location (close to convention center, there are few groceries around, beach is also 15 min walking). Not perfectly clean, but good enough. My room was very big and comfortable. they provide good hairdryer, iron and even iron desk. All the people i interacted with on the reception were friendly and helpful. For Miami, for art week and this price - everything was just great.

it was not a big problem for me, but just be aware, they don’t provide daily cleaning service. the only thing I was missing in the room was a decent wardrobe, instead there are some weir lockers (but i could see it on the picture of the room, so i was aware).

The guy that checked me in was super nice. I liked the bunk beds, the pool, location is good. The grocery store is right across the street! An Italian restaurant is nearby. So is a coffee shop.

This hotel is also a hostel. As far as being a hostel, they don't have any silverware for their guests. The hotel is renovating their restaurant. Tuesday evening I went down to the pool area to sit and have my latte. The restaurant people were setting up a party for themselves. The check-in girl followed me to tell me the pool was closed for the night. I wasn't allowed to enjoy my drink out there. There was nothing posted on the door about the pool being closed or any heads-up. The check-in girl with purple hair pretends she doesn't hear you saying hello to her while she browses her phone, the girl with dark hair is almost the same.

we were looking for affordable accomodation and usually in south beach that means staying in dirty or uncomfortable rooms / properties. in this case it was very clean, looks recently updated and smart yet simple design elements. the room was the bunk room which was perfect for our group. comfortable and private beds (the design of the bunk was great). the only thing that looked old were the lockers (like they needed a paint job) but who cares, they were lockers!

the neighbors were a little noisy but that is not the fault of the hotel.

it’s easy access and clean, great for a short stay and if looking for something cheap just for sleep. the staff was amazing with us and also we can let our bags there and come back late to pickup.

the shower is not good, they should have something with more pressure, me and my friends struggle ourselves for wash our hair.. the AC it works but at same time you can’t control the wind so sometimes is too cold in the room and we needed turn off.
