Perfect location,nice breakfast, good internet, pool area clean. Quick check in. Plenty parking spaces.

The elevator was not working on the first day, we got stuck and when we reported it the front desk replied to us "it is working" with an actitud that make us feel inopportune. When we came back from dinner 1 hour later, someone was working to fix it, so it was not working. No one cleans or makes our bed or replaced soaps in the room. If we are paying a normal staying price, why our room didn't get attention? I understand if we pay less to not receive that service. Or is something new that hotels are implementing-not room service? Today, the restroom in the lobby runs out of toilet paper and paper towels. Thank you

The parking was good the access to floors elevator was good of those were nice and clean the hallways were nice and clean the pool area was subsequent clean the kitchen was so want clean and the grounds clean

The breakfast was not good at all first of all you had scrambled eggs all the time I was there you had a pancake machine that was broke no waffle machine the pastry or the bread and the English muffins look like they were there for a while I mean steel the old mail that was in a big large bowl it was so thick no matter how much you put on it it was not good the butter you serve in standing Marjorie I can understand that but I like to eat butter on my food what I'm saying here is is you have no waffle machine that would've been the least something and the meat that you serve for baking know whatever it was was not good at all but that's about all I could say I did not enjoy your breakfast had to go across the street the Burger King

The breakfast was very good. It offers "meat" as opposed to danish and just bread. The staff was helpful in answering my questions. The neighborhood felt safe and the location was convenient to highways and points of interest were accessible.

I pillows were too small. It was difficult to get comfortable in the neck and head area. All else was good. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to return whenever I'm in the area.

Friendly staff even let us check in early! Clean comfortable rooms. Hotel is in a great location with many restaurant options close by (hotel even provides a list of restaurants in the area sorted by proximity to the hotel) Will definitely stay here again.

They only have one elevator that is pretty slow. Also pretty hit or miss getting a luggage cart as they only have three. Definitely not anything that would make me not want to book this hotel again.

First time here and we must said it was nice. Room Very clean and the facility as well. My only complain it have to be, some of the guest did have any respect for others specially in the morning. The kids running all over like if it was a par. Kids are kids, yes we know, but also Parent MUST Have CONTROL over them and show the value of respecting other. Beside this, a great location a nice place to stay, shopping and State parks near by.

The Extreme LOUD noise of lots of kids running all over our floor and the parents next to them. A sign or a policy for this must be made. I have stay in Marriot, Confort Inn, Hampton and this will not happen. But is not the hotel the parents are to held accountable for it. Besides this, a very nice place. Thank you to the staff.

The best part of this hotel is that not only does it have a pool but it also has a hot tub and a fire pit

The downside is that it has a fire pit and in the summer it doesn't get dark until 9:00 and the pool area closes at 10:00 since there's no lifeguard at any time I think it should be open as long as the guests would like to sit out there it was a bummer on 4th of July that it closed at 10:00

Only issues i has was when i booked with booking i seen my total but when i got to the hotel they now require $100 hold . I don’t mind the hold i just wish it was i was notified upfront . Thankfully i had the money but could not image others who may be on a budget and not realizing that could effect them when they were not expecting to have another $100 taken out there account.

I give Best Western a 10+ because I like the staff and my room was wonderful. Very clean and fresh and they allow pets too!!! Housekeeping worked very hard to keep up with the towels and sheets and when I asked for something they were very friendly and helped me quickly. I would recommend Best Western to everyone. Great location and easy access to I 75. I would definitely stay here again.

Road noise but that is tolerable and I slept good.

The property was very nice. it was in a good location and easily accessible.

The room I checked into was supposed to be non-smoking. When I opened the door to the room the smell of smoke overwhelmed me. In the morning as we were leaving the elevator was broke down. leaving my mom to climb down 3 flights of stair. not a good situation.

Breakfast was nice; there was an attendant to maintain cleanliness of the breakfast room. Hot tub and pool both clean, room was clean; staff was friendly.

Mattress was a little too firm. Carpet in hallway needed updating. Information regarding availability of towels at the pool area (instead of bringing towel from room).
