Beautifully appointed property. Convenient to Epcot and The Boardwalk. The boat ride to The Boardwalk and Epcot was a nice amenity. All staff was friendly and helpful. There were many pools to choose from. I especially enjoyed the quiet pool closet to the Swan. There were a variety of restaurants but they are closed during the day with the pool restaurants open as well as a grab and go market. You have access to the Dolphin pool and restaurants as well.

The parking fee is exorbitant and I feel that really should be included in the price! $42 for valet and $32 for self parking per day!My daughter and I each had one car! Way overboard and am unexpected expense.

Proximity to Disney Boardwalk and parks. Friendly helpful staff

Fees. Disney will no longer charge for parking. This hotel should follow that direction. There’s no reasonable reason to charge parking at this hotel. With the $40 resort fee on top of that I felt it was price gouging. No other explanation for it!

location

shops weren’t open early morning or later at night when we returned from the parks. The shops also did not offer supplies for a cold and other drug store things that a traveler may have forgotten ie: toothbrush, toothpaste, brush.

Room was very spacious. Beds were very comfy (had a great good night sleep). Access to Disney parks is great (especially Epcot and Hollywood Studios). Room was very clean and they gave us 4 complimentary bottles of water everyday.

The bathtub seems a bit outdated. Restaurants are closing very early, so the Disney boardwalk, the Dolphin or room service are the options when getting back from the parks.

This review serves more as a heartfelt thank you than a typical assessment. I recently arranged a trip to Disney World for my girlfriend and me. As a seasoned Disney World visitor since age three, I've always been immersed in its magic. As for my girlfriend, she had never been to Disney before. As I planned our trip, I aimed to make it a truly memorable experience for her. Although my family traditionally stayed at one of the resort hotels like Broadwalk, the opulence and glamour of the Swan and Dolphin have always enticed me. From our arrival, we noticed a distinct difference in our stay compared to the typical Disney resort experience. The room was ready when we arrived, eliminating the need to wait until the standard 4 pm check-in. Additionally, the front desk staff impressed us with their friendliness and accommodation. The walk through the hotel lobby sparked a sense of childlike excitement within me. The joy of being at Disney World, recalling my cherished family vacations, and witnessing my girlfriend's first-time thrill was simply priceless. While making a quick pit stop at the lobby store for allergy medication, it turned into a delightful conversation with a staff member. My girlfriend found a Disney-inspired bag she adored, which I decided to surprise her with. The store assistant noticed her "First Time at Disney" Magic band. When she confirmed it was her first visit, the staff member fetched a "First time at Disney" button from the desk, wrote my girlfriend's name, and officially welcomed her to Disney. The gesture was genuinely heartwarming. I could share countless wonderful experiences, but for brevity's sake, I'll say this—THANK YOU! Thank you for infusing magic into our trip. Thank you for providing my girlfriend with an unforgettable first Disney experience. Thank you for rekindling the magic in me that I feared was lost. Your team is what makes Disney truly enchanting!

The location of the property is hands down the best thing about staying here, particularly with small children. We loved how it was conveniently near parks but far enough away from the crowds like other resorts typically have. The food & drinks at the pool bar were amazing and not at all what we expected. Very high quality. The resort has lots to do for families, extremely clean and staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. We utilized the resort for what it is and did not do any theme parks. We took advantage of spending quality time as a family and exploring everything the resort has to offer, which is a lot. The pool(s) are amazing, clean and for a resort of this size, we didnt feel like there were a lot of people and we could find lounge chairs. We are already planning a trip back.

The resort has a lot of "hidden costs". I booked our stay through booking and wasnt aware a lot of the additional charges this resort has, were NOT included what I purchased through booking.com. There are tourism fees, parking fees, Occupancy and recreation fees - all not in the amount you pay up front. The price of the restaurants, coffee, drinks, these are all expensive as it is, it would have been nice to not be nickel and dimed on EVERY thing. But, welcome to a Disney resort! At the end of our stay, the memories and relaxation feeling we had, no price can be put on that.

The location worked well for us. Our room was good but we could not use balcony. Loved taking the boat to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. some great restaurants including Shula’s and Rosa Mexicana. Lots of clean towels and daily water. Helpful staff and Disney Planning Centre.

More than I have ever paid anywhere in the world for a 4* hotel, but that’s Disney. The pricing of all the Disney hotels is fairly bonkers. The Garden Grove and Picabu’s buffet are very dated and feel like a different hotel.

We really liked the Swan hotel, even though there was no balcony in our room and you may notice that the hotel was kind of old. However, the sheets and towels were clean; there were iron, hairdryer, bath robe, water all the time. The room was with the shower which I rather prefer than the bath. The best thing was that they had shuttles to all Disney’s Park! Also, the stuff was great and helpful, too. Honestly, we liked Swan much more than Dolphin.

The noise from renovation works in the morning.

Room was large, comfortable, and we were upgraded to a balcony room. Meals were great on property. Dinner at Il Mulino, Breakfast at Garden Grove (best waffle ever!) and Amare, and ice cream treats at The Fountain. Housekeeping staff helpful and efficient. Left a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday! Bellhop Jalen was wonderful also. Easy access to Epcot via Ferry and Disney Springs via shuttle. Service at Mandarin Spa was also nice. Hotel property was immaculate and service was accommodating. My husband wants to return for his birthday!

Only negative was the hallway carpet on 5th floor was worn and unattractive, and it was super cold in common areas.

Perfect location, love the Balcony

The store/coffee shop closed very early, that was inconvenient. Also for a non smoking resort there were a LOT of people walking around the outside of the Swan and Dolphin smoking. Being on the second floor meant we could often smell it. Not very classy. We had to make sure our sliding glass door was shut all the time or we could smell cigarettes. Also, the endless conference goers that pour into the Swan/Dolphin can be a real bummer if you are there for a Disney trip. They pack the bar at the Dolphin and it feels more like a meat market than a Disney resort. The Swan is a little better but still feels very business like at times. If you can afford the Disney resorts stay there. It's much better for families.
