I appreciated that a real person called to confirm my reservation and not a recording. We were greeted by friendly and informative staff. Our villa was SPOTLESS and spacious. We had pretty much everything we needed. The pool was not crowded and very clean, the gym was rather impressive although we did not use. There were attendants and security all over and we felt safe and supported the entire time, but not like we were being watched or anything.

The mini golf course could use a face lift and we needed a pizza cutter in the kitchen, but improvised. I also wish the hairdryers had a cool setting, they only blew hot air which was too hot for my kiddos.

the units kitchen was very lacking. They need a platter (large plate) for grilling. The existing dinner plates are glass and very heavy. there were no condiments like spices and salt/pepper. they could use a few more and a variety of pans and basic cooking utensils. and scissors. The coffee was only decaffeinated and the pot setup was dated. I would prefer K-cups that are easy to purchase at grocery store. Unit wall outlets in bedroom were not “tight” which caused our chargers to fall out. only the kitchen plugs seemed “normal “

The pool and jacuzzi were outstanding. They were maintained and the water was crystal clear. This is not a 5 star resort, but it is very attractive, safe and affordable. My biggest issue was with the complementary coffee pod inserts for the brewer, so that wasn't significant to my review. No instructions on the package, so I didn't know if I was making 4,6, or 8 cups. It always turned out too bitter. I'm a bean grinder at home and use a precise grind and weight ratio. But, the apartment style accommodation was great, very clean and well supplied. Part of out traveling experience is to eat out, so having a full kitchen doesn't mean that much to us. The Front Desk staff was very good so check-in and check-out was smooth. 'Gee', the Manager on Property was very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The location was quiet and was convenient to Publix, many local restaurants (you gotta try The Metro Diner), the inland waterway (Matanzas River) and the Atlantic Beaches. We spoke to several guests at the pool, most with family and living way out of Florida. We were more local being just 100 miles away. I must say, it was the rate that first got my attention because of its outstanding value. I'm very pleased with our 3 night stay and look forward to going back.

Repeat, the coffee pods. A Keurig would have made it easier. You could find things to pick at. The landscaping wasn't perfect. The water level in the lagoon was too low. The pillows had no body and were too fluffy, but it's not home and part of the experience. Everything else was wonderful, especially Gee and the crew members and that's the best reason to go back and stay over again.

We were very happy with how spotless the room was. Having two bedrooms separate from a central living area was incredibly spacious for not much more cost that a standard room at other nearby hotels. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful, and made sure that we had what we needed. We were only here for one night but we could certainly see ourselves spending several nights here in the future. We had a very pleasant stroll from the resort property that took us down to the paved path that follows the waterway. A nice selection of restaurants are also just a walk away at the European Village market area. Had a spectacular evening meal at La Piazza Cafe.

The light on the front porch, along with the street light outside, was very bright and spilled right into the master bedroom. The windows in the double French doors were covered only with louvered blinds which allowed way too much light to intrude. The other bedroom, which had the smaller bed, had blackout curtains.

everything except the shower

Everything was beyond my expectations.BUT I can not return again because of one main item! There were no supports of any kind in the shower! In case of slipping, there was NOTHING to grab or hold on to. This is very important for your guest. I am looking forward to being your guest again but only if the is a small bar or some type of support is in the shower area. Otherwise, a most wonderful place and time. If you place a bar or some type of support in the shower, please let me know so that I an plan to stay there again. Otherwise, be blessed and good bye.

Beautiful grounds, quiet, clean, little outdated. Furnishings, but very comfortable.

They claim to be pet friendly and they are but only have two units available. But, the hard part to swallow are the none published deposits. There is a Two hundred none returnable pet deposit for the length of your stay, no matter how long, (1-night or 1-week) plus a One hundreds returnable deposit provided no damage has been done during the stay. Nightly rates seem to be on high side,

Surrounded by nature. Big unit space. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Clean units.

Booked months in advance and asked for units to be close together - when checking in was told only 1 unit was ready and they could put us in a room right away but it would be 5 buildings away… waited for room to be ready and was still in a different building then the rest of our family.. disappointing - there are 4 units per building - we have been nice to be in the same building - also didn’t like that the only gate entrance that wasn’t locked to the pool was thru the club house - had to walk further than necessary to enter the pool

I loved all you had to do on the sight. I was only able to stay one night but will be back definitely again...and again...and again! I wasn't able to enjoy all the amenities this time but look forward to in the future. The rooms were perfect! The porch was a bonus with the pond outside. I loved the fountain noise. We spent hours of our time out there. Beds were comfortable. Master bath was amazing. We ate at a restaurant over the bridge but didn't make it to the bridge.

The beds need to be cleaned behind them but everything else about them was great! I only checked behind them because I always make sure hotels and such are bedbug free. Refrigerator great (no ice). I had only wished check in was 3:00 and check out was 11:00 instead of 4 and 10 but understood there was more to clean than a hotel. I loved our stay and like I said I will be back!

Self catering. Well equipped kitchen. Large rooms. Comfy beds. Nice facility with activities. Good location. Can walk to European Village for food. Pleasant walking trails nearby. Beach 10 minute drive.

We would have liked a smart TV. We had three lovely large flat screen TVs with cable channels. Too many commercials and no guide channel. We would have like black out curtains in master bedroom.

Clean. Very quiet. Pots, pans, utensils etc included. They also have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the showers, those were a wonderful extra. Very small washer and dryer but regardless it was nice to be able to wash clothes there instead of bringing them home dirty.

The pool and Game Center doesn’t open until 9 am.
