The staff was amazing, the beach was very close, the ice machine was always full, the beds were very comfortable, the laundry facilities were great, the pool was amazing, the beach was never crowded. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay there again next time we visit PCB 😁

The room could’ve been a little bit cleaner, the pillows were very subpar but I always bring my own so that didn’t matter to us. I would suggest offering laundry supplies in the office.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave recommendations for food and the beaches. They never seemed like we bothered them when we asked questions. We only planned to stay 3 nights. On the day we checked out we walked to the beach and decided to stay another night. They let us book back in our same room. We plan on going back with our kids next month and will stay here again. We’ve stayed in larger chain hotels and didn’t have the best outcome. The best hotel bed I’ve ever slept on too. Please look at booking Aqua View and support small businesses. We couldn’t see the beach from our room but it was less than 150 feet from it and perfect. Nothing everything was perfect

Great hotel only steps from the beach, and a short 1 mile drive to St. Andrews State Park. The hotel is normally a great value for the area, and has a nice pool and newly updated rooms. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and repeat customers are eligible for an early check in if their room is available, which is a very valuable and appreciated offering.

The area had gotten a little sketchy in the past, but has improved a lot over the last couple of years. There were still some riff raff around, but not immediately at the hotel. A vagrant was sleeping in a house under construction on the walk to the beach, but that isn't related to the hotel, which has obviously put recent effort into bringing its area up.

The staff ( I believe they were the owners) were very friendly. We arrived early, around 10am and they allowed us to park in the parking lot to walk to the beach and to use the pool until time for check in. They gave us the option to pay the $30 early check in fee but did not make us pay it. Which I thought was wonderful since they let us use the pool and parking lot without being checked in. The front desk gentleman was very helpful with all of our questions on things to do and the best time to search for shells. The rooms were clean and looked to be recently remodeled. The rooms were smaller then I anticipated but I did like that they had two doors. The beds were very comfortable. They could use some new towels but they gave us plenty. It’s not on the beach but right across the street. Less then a 1 minute walk. The pool was clean. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

The location to the beach is wonderful. Literally one block away, and just a 1-3 minute walk (depending on your pace.) There are also some stores and restaurants nearby, within walking distance. And St. Andrews State Park is just a 2 minute drive to the east. The bathroom was nice and had a walk-in shower. Overall, it was a clean room and hotel.

The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and our room was ... odd. We had a king sized bed that took up most of the space, so we barely had any room to lay out and open our suitcase. Also, there was a HUGE dresser/desk in the room. It was way too big for the space. The small microwave had buttons that didn't work. And the entire room had a linoleum floor which made it feel like sand was everywhere when walking around barefoot.... to be expected, I guess since it's so close to the beach.

Check in staff was amazing and helpful!! The public beach access was just steps away. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and had the added bonus of bodywash/shampoo and conditioner already in the shower. The shower was large also. There were 2 doors on the room which was nice to be able to get to the car in the courtyard. I am very grateful to have found a place in this area to come to again! We went to the visitors center and they just suggested the main oceanfront with over 300 dollar a night rooms. I could not afford that and even if I could I did not want to!!!

Possibly parking could be a issue during high times? (But there is parking next to the service station and in the courtyard)

The motel was a hop, skip, and a jump away from the beach. The uber-close beach access, coupled with the cute and quaint building, made this stay a wonderfully memorable experience. My partner and I arrived two hours before check-in and staff informed us we could pay a small fee to check-in early, or we could park out front for free until we were ready to check-in. We took the latter of the two options and headed to the beach for a couple hours. Staff was very sweet and accommodating.

The motel is currently under construction, but it didn't bother either of us. This factor is only a slight inconvenience if you plan on staying at the motel all day. We were at the beach!

The location was amazing if your main goal is to be at the beach all day. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was clean and functional. I read many nasty reviews of this hotel, but none of them were true. The AC unit worked perfectly, we slept well, and had great interactions with the staff.

The only thing I did not like was the sand being everywhere! The rooms could benefit from having a door mat or some sort of rug in the room. At the same time, this is to be expected when you vacation at the beach!

The room was clean. The night clerk was super friendly. There was always plenty of ice all throughout the day. The best part was the location to the beach. I loved that i didn’t have to pack up my car, drive to a beach, unload everything only to have to do it all again to go back to the motel. The distance to the beach was amazing!!!

Walking distance to the beach, clean rooms, comfy beds, the family suite with the bunk beds was amazing. Everything was in working order, no issues at all. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They treated not just me, but my kids with an amazing amount of respect and friendliness! Highly recommend!
