From the moment you get there until you leave, you don't have to interact with another soul unless you want to. The entire facility was immaculate. Even the trash chute was tidy. The bed is like falling into a down pillow. The view is amazing; sunrise through the bedroom window, sunset off the balcony. You're high enough up to see it all without hearing it all. The only traffic I heard the entire time was 1 car alarm at 4am, because I was on the balcony. Neighbors were quiet too. Everything was labeled! There is no need to fumble with the switches to find the light you want, no need to rummage through cabinets for coffee filters/utensils. Even beach toys are available, cabinet to the left of the stove. Balcony railing is sturdy and small enough that little arms will not get through. I was solo this trip, but before I even checked out, I booked my next stay to bring my family. The only thing to worry about with the littles: bring outlet plugs.

Everything was great as advertised. Room was clean, and views were great. Chris was a great host, and answered questions promptly.

For a family with 2. 6ft boys, I probably should have gotten a place with 2 more real beds and not bunks,, but that was my fault, I would say it's perfect size for a family of 4 with small kids, Not a deal breaker though, We made it work. Sofa let's out also, that helped,

This condo is beautifully furnished and SO conveniently located near all of the shops, restaurants and the beach. We stayed with our family (including a baby) and are so glad we went with this place over a hotel. The property owner was so helpful and accommodating as well, and always replied to my emails and questions quickly. We loved having access to the pool as well when our baby needed a break from the sand, wind and sun. There are definitely cheaper options along the beach, but this place is well worth the money spent for its cleanliness, convenience and hospitality of the owner. I would 110% stay here again! Also, the view is incredible and we could still see the ocean even though it’s across the street.

We were so pleased with our whole vacation!

It was very clean. It had everything that we needed like towels, hair dryer, full kitchen ware. We packed way too much. Lol. We’ll know better for next time. The view was absolutely gorgeous with miles of the beach and the strip and having the mall super close! Having at least 3 different pools was a plus, they weren’t over crowded. We enjoyed corn hole and the hot tub.

This was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. Loved the ocean views, sunsets, and the very short walk to Pier Park and all the shopping. The pool was so much fun too. Loved the little bar in the pool area. They had snocones in fun cups foe the kids too.

Location, view, amenities, beach access, unit was nice and comfortable., parking garage and quick elevators. Staff was amazing with quick responses.

Overall a great stay.

Beautiful penthouse apt with a wonderful view of the Gulf. Great location and walking distance to the pier and shops. Very nicely decorated and comfortable bed. Chris was very responsive to our questions and check in was easy.

The pool bar wasn’t open but assuming that’s because we were there “off season”.

Everything! The view was fantastic. Chris, the property manager was available and very helpful when we had a question. We loved staying on the beach and having direct access.

The property needs signage on the parking garage, Level 3, to identify paths for the 3 Calypso Buildings.

Excellent view and close to everything. Easy parking and elevator access near room. Condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Had an amazing stay.

The pool was closed for maintenance when we first arrived. However, it was up and running before we left. Nothing else negative. Loved the stay.

Great location with amazing views of the beach. Clean, comfortable room. Very nice beds. Owners are very thoughtful, approachable, communicated well. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, live music. Best vacation ever. Did not want to leave.
