Did not eat the breakfast as we had to be at airport early. However we absolutely loved it. The location and proximity to the airport was fantastic, and we were so impressed with the quietness of the location. The front desk clerk was so nice at check in and moved us to better room so it was easier for my hubby , without our asking . She saw walking to where our room would have been would be more difficult and suggested change of room out of her consideration. What a wonderful thoughtful person. And it was so great to be able to get a goods night sleep , on comfortable beds in a pristine hotel room. Very impressed, and we absolutely will stay there again and in fact, have told our friends and relatives to fly to Panama City Airport instead of into Dothan AL airport which is closer to our home, but so expensive for out of town visitors. Now that so many improvements at the Panama City Airport have been made, and the major roadwork is nearly finished the drive is so much easier, and the proximity to PCB, and yet the fantastic hotel , we will definitely be back.

the receptionist JAQUE was great, helpful and friendly, and never asked anything from me.. so i thought of her when im doing this survey. the room was spacious and the kingsize bed was comfy.. the view was nice.. location wasnt too far from attractions.

the kitchen/breakfast host... not sure her name.. but seemed to have an attitude. she may be the supervisor idk.. young black woman. i asked her for silverware.. its like.. instead of saying yes, she just turn around and did it.. but gav eme a look. the first time me and my gf went there to check out breakfast.. idk it was an awkward interaction.. i didnt feel.. welcomed by this individual. but she gave me the silverware.. weird energy. uuum other than that.. the pool could be bigger..

Space, Friendly and all around a good stay

It was advertised as breakfast included - However breakfast was not included it was $14.99 A PERSON - The breakfast was nothing that was not a normal continental breakfast - we were kind of upset about this because we paid $60 and the kids did not eat off the breakfast bar, they only had cereal and waffle so that was not $15 worth of food -

The promptness of the staff. Friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the building. Rooms is spacious and comfortable living space. Full gym and nice laundry room. Pool are was neat and water looked clean. I looked awesome everywhere I looked.

I realĺllllly enjoy our stay on May 10th, 2024. The room, food, up-kept was beyond amazing. BUT I really want to shine a little on receptionists( by the wayI lost the paper wrote their on LOL) who went out of there way to help me with a phone issue. IF you are reading Thank u again 💓

The location, and wifi

Customer service was outstanding!! Cleanliness was also outstanding!! The hallways did not have an odor it was clean I can even tell the elevators were clean!

Everything was on point! I can tell whoever manages this facility is doing what they are supposed to do so with that being said i could not find anything I didn’t like !

Beautiful hotel! Heated pool, outdoor fire pits, full service bar and restaurant, super fast elevators, friendly staff, free airport shuttle, plenty of parking, pet friendly, comfortable and spacious rooms with mini fridge and microwave. We loved everything about this hotel!

No hot tub, but the pool is heated.

I paid extra to have the breakfast included. The first morning we went down and I told a waitress I had paid extra for breakfast included, she then walked me over to a bar that had muffins and oatmeal (normal hotel breakfast minus meat and eggs). I told her let me go pull up my reservation to check and I'll come back because I didn't think that's what I paid extra for. I pulled it up and walked back and met a different waitress. She looked and said " ok I see let me get y'all seated and then you order your breakfast on this menu and we'll take your ticket to the front desk and they'll take care of it instead of you paying us here "...... Upon checkout all the meals were charged to my card along with the stay. I'm still unsure about the situation because I highly doubt I paid extra for breakfast that was only muffins and oatmeal.....

Great location for getting in and out of PCB. The staff was superb! The front desk, the bar attendant, and the driver were all friendly, happy to help, and were focused on serving our needs as best they could. Great job!

The small, portable ironing board in the room was very difficult to use and was not helpful in prepping our clothes.
