We loved the location of the hotel. It was off the main drag of Panama City Beach in the sports complex. The hotel was gorgeous with wide open spaces in the lobby and dining area to sit and relax. It was clean and modern and very welcoming. The room (a king suite) was different than others I’ve stayed in. It was larger and had a very comfortable non-hotel feel. With the full size refrigerator and kitchenette, it felt like such an upgrade to typical standard king hotel room. The staff went out of their way to help. I love that we could text the main desk with questions. The breakfast was wonderful and again, the dining area was so large and welcoming. Exceptional stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

We stayed here last year and loved it which is why we returned for another week this year. Although not on the beach, it is under 10 minutes to get to the beach we liked. We liked that this was in a quiet area, nice for morning walks, away from the craziness of the beach area! Pool was clean, enjoyed by families. Room is very comfortable, nice size, nice seating area and kitchen. Liked the ceiling fan option. Staff very helpful.....again! If I could change one thing, it would be the room cleaning process. They come in late afternoon for the every other day quick clean but we are often back in the room then before heading out again so it is somewhat awkward. Also, clear communication on when they actually change sheets and do a better clean would be helpful. We asked for a sheet change and got it but no other service. Just a small thing:)

I came out for my birthday for a 5 day stay. It was a nice remote location. Very quite away from all the noise. Hot buffet style Breakfast was included in the stay. Staff was nice and very friendly. Its a fairly new location. The hotel looks very new and the keep it cleaned and sanitized.

Only issues I had was the AC didn't work properly in the livingroom area. It was too far away from restaurants and the pool area was too small.& if you do an extended stay more than 3 days house keeping doesn't come. If you need anything you have yo ask for it. But other than those I mentioned the stay was still great.

Everything was nice and comfortable the staff was nice especially Judeine . She was nothing short of exceptional personality was most delightful. So kind and thoughtful. The kitchen staff was wonderful the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in my life one of the best hotel stays of my life.

There was nothing bad to say but the hall ways are long but i get it cause they hotels are suites they come with kitchen and other amenities . So the rooms are larger which make the hall ways longer . If you are on the opposite side of the elevators.

We only stayed here for one night so the overall experience was a bit short. Our suite was very spacious, well equipped and clean. The gym had everything we needed and was fairly big. After the last hotel we stayed at, not having disposable cutlery etc at breakfast was a big plus, the only thing we were really missing was a bit more selection at breakfast. Otherwise great, would stay here again 100%!

I LOVED everything about this stay. Clean comfortable and service was amazing! Breakfast was served hot and something different was served each morning. Everything was right around the corner from this location we didn't have to travel far for everything we did. The beach was literally 10 minutes away and that was a plus for me! I will most definitely be back because I really didn't want to leave😄 I'd refer this hotel to anyone!!

It's not really a dislike because things happen, but the fire alarms went off and everyone had to get out of the building and go outside using your floors stair exit. I don't know why or what that was really about you ask me somebody kid pulled the alarm😂 But the staff made sure we all were out okay and supplied bottled water for us if we needed. It all lasted maybe 30 to 40 minutes if that long, before we were allowed to go back inside the building. Other than that I have no dislikes because this can happen anywhere! I'm just glad the hotel managers and staff was organized and knew the proper protocol to evacuate us all.

Everything!! The hotel was clean and in a great location not far from the beach and shopping. The staff was friendly and the pool, breakfast and room was perfect. We stayed in the King Suite and the kitchen area had all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be booking again when I visit this summer. The evening and morning staff was very pleasant and the staff helping keep things rolling in the breakfast area was phenomenal. Kudos to all responsible for making our stay wonderful.

Nothing, everything was great!

The staff was exceptional. They agreed to an adjustment of our reservation. They called when we left our headlights on in our classic car. (We were in PCB for the Emerald Coast Cruizin.) They were very personable & we will definitely return when we are in town. Thank you!

The breakfast could use some improvements. Maybe a juice machine instead of pitchers of juice? And, wow, that's a long hallway to the suites! Nothing you or I can do.

Color palette of the hotel. Size of the rooms and amenities. Location to everything Panama. Water bottle filling station in the lobby. Breakfast was great. Something for everyone.

I did not like the automatic sensor lights in the bathroom. When a kid has to use the bathroom in middle of the night, the lights automatically come on by the motion and wakes everyone up. Very unpleasant.

Breakfast was fine - very routine, location to the Publix Sports Park was perfect, facility was close to many attractions, very quiet for a facility with multiple sports teams staying there.

I wouldn’t call it a place for a romantic get away - auto bathroom light was just outside the bed and came on very brightly during nighttime bathroom breaks (a dimmer light during the night might be a good idea),
