I LOVED everything about this stay. Clean comfortable and service was amazing! Breakfast was served hot and something different was served each morning. Everything was right around the corner from this location we didn't have to travel far for everything we did. The beach was literally 10 minutes away and that was a plus for me! I will most definitely be back because I really didn't want to leave😄 I'd refer this hotel to anyone!!

It's not really a dislike because things happen, but the fire alarms went off and everyone had to get out of the building and go outside using your floors stair exit. I don't know why or what that was really about you ask me somebody kid pulled the alarm😂 But the staff made sure we all were out okay and supplied bottled water for us if we needed. It all lasted maybe 30 to 40 minutes if that long, before we were allowed to go back inside the building. Other than that I have no dislikes because this can happen anywhere! I'm just glad the hotel managers and staff was organized and knew the proper protocol to evacuate us all.

Color palette of the hotel. Size of the rooms and amenities. Location to everything Panama. Water bottle filling station in the lobby. Breakfast was great. Something for everyone.

I did not like the automatic sensor lights in the bathroom. When a kid has to use the bathroom in middle of the night, the lights automatically come on by the motion and wakes everyone up. Very unpleasant.

Everything!! The hotel was clean and in a great location not far from the beach and shopping. The staff was friendly and the pool, breakfast and room was perfect. We stayed in the King Suite and the kitchen area had all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be booking again when I visit this summer. The evening and morning staff was very pleasant and the staff helping keep things rolling in the breakfast area was phenomenal. Kudos to all responsible for making our stay wonderful.

Great hotel in a great location with comparable pricing. Great staff but a little unorganized front desk staff. Room comfortable and cold. Beds great. Furniture good

The only bad thing is the poor breakfast. What where why did you get the meat served???? Terrible. Change that and you get an A.

I loved my stay here. It was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Wonderful customer service. Perfect location and the breakfast was great. I will book here every time I visit.

The room service could’ve been a little better. You have to ask for towels and rags and they don’t come and get the used ones or change the trash with out a request but they are very nice when you do ask.

Rooms very clean, the hotel was made with attention to detail. Breakfast was ok. A little disappointing that in 4 mornings we were there we never had bacon, just similar sausage and dry ham.

The shower rails are made of square tubing and it is easy to injure your elbows when showering. Maybe either repositions them horizontally or switch to round tubing (I know the square design looks very nice). Also, we were not aware that you have to request room cleaning. It would be helpful to inform guests on arrival that that is the procedure.

The room was very spacious and meet all our needs. The living room had a large tv and comfortable sofa bed for our daughter and the attached bedroom was perfect. The staff was so nice. Every staff from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly and concerned if we was enjoying our stay. The staff would just walk up to you and check on us to make sure our needs were being meet. Everything was so clean and the breakfast was awesome! Lots of choices for breakfast. Special thanks to Ms. Sam...she was wonderful....all the staff was great....

The room was very spacious. Big screen tv in the room and Big screen tv were the sofa bed was which were my teen son slept. Breakfast was very good. Nice and clean. No Complaints nice hotel I will stay again when I am in Panama City Beach. The pool was great it was warm enjoy it my husband and I and my son he love the basketball court.

I wish it was different choice in the breakfast like bagel 🥯 Oatmeal or something. But u have a different meat everyday. We stay 4 days one day we had omelet with bacon 🥓 the next day we scramble eggs smoke sausage or sometime pan sausage and sausage link or fried sunny up egg 🍳 And it all was good also they had toast and biscuits.

This was a well managed facility. The place was spotless, nice pool area and a well used basketball court. Staff were friendly and so very responsive to any request. Our king suite was large and well thought out. Great a/c, ceiling fan, kitchen and sitting area.

Everything offered was delicious!

Standing in line for the waffle maker. Please buy another one. The person in front of me was making waffles for his 3 children (totally fine) but that meant I was in line for almost 15 minutes waiting my turn. Only other issue while waiting was people trying to get around you to get to other food stations. Waffle line not in the best spot.
