Clean, modern design, new decor, fresh- cleanliness is the most important thing, when staying away from home, so we felt very comfortable. Friendly staff, close location to the beach and Pier Park but most importantly great value!

We liked everything. Pool is smaller but for the value- it felt modern and clean and that was the most important thing to us. For a wknd gateway, couldnt beat it. Breakfast was included, which was a great perk, first night was fully stacked, second and third , if you came lil later, most food was gone :(. But they were nice about it and tried to accommodate us. Very friendly staff!!! Will come again! Thank you:)

Breakfast was always amazing with delicious options!

There was a note in the room that stated if we needed fresh towels or our trash taken out to just call the front desk. Once I called, they told me the cleaning service already had a full day and they didn’t know if I would receive fresh towels or my trash taken out. Which is understandable if they’re busy, but the person on the line acted annoyed that I even asked.

The breakfast was great, probably the best we've had while staying at a hotel. You could tell the cook took great pride in his job. He also engaged the guests in conversation while taking care of things and had a great personality. The staff also did a great job of answering any questions.

I can't think of any. Everything was taken care of.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the professionalism of the staff to the superior cleanliness level of the place, to the variety in the delicious but healthy breakfast options all the way to their friendly pets' policy and their very spacious suite rooms. The location was less than 4 minutes to the beach and 15 min away from most touristic destinations. I can't find anything to criticize if I am honest. Kendra and Taliyah were so professional and helpful.

Minor issues such as my bathroom's electrical outlet did not work but there was one right outside the bathroom door that did. As clean as everything was, a coffee pod was left in the coffee maker although the place was spotless! There was no night light or dimmer light anywhere. We kept the bathroom door cracked a little.But we liked it so much we added 3 extra nights.

The location was close to more than one major retail outlet, but not close to the beach. The breakfast was as described a continental breakfast.

The room did not have enough dressers for a family of 3. One of the beds had crumbs in it as if it was not properly cleaned between guests.

The room matched the pictures on the website. Had a small leak in the shower door, but they fixed it right away. The bed was comfy, and the room was nice and clean. The area it's located was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

The walls were a bit thin. I could hear the people in the next room having a concert at 7am.

Breakfast Could have more selection

Everything was great up until the Continental breakfast I feel that you should have an associate checking the breakfast making sure that it is filled at all times it was a delay in bringing out new items the tables need to be clean constantly trash need to be taken out constantly and it was very limited on what was offered for breakfast when we got there half everything was finished at 9:30 tables were dirty trash cans were the full and you I’m just saying you should have an attendant outside watching and making sure that everything is filled for the guests as they come down and tables are being wiped frequently thank you

Nice and clean hotel and good location from shopping, food, the beach, and pier. Staff was responsive to request. The room size was perfect for a family and we loved having the appliances.

Did not like the animal scent in our room. There were not any pet free room options. We did not realize that it was pet friendly because we traveled with a group that selected the hotel. Our daughter is allergic to dog dander. But, overall it was a nice stay and we were comfortable. The staff was nice and responsive to request but many things were self-service. This may be a result of low staffing. Times have changed. Thankfully we didn't have many needs.

Traveled from Phoenix to Tampa this is the best property we stayed in yet. Front desk staff very friendly didn’t get his name but stated he just moved there from Colorado. Probably one of the best hotels we ever stayed. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds with good quality linens. Shower was great good toiletries. Had a full kitchen with utensils, dishes, pans, small fridge, dishwasher, table and chairs. Nice big tv with lots of channels and apps for Netflix, Prime etc. Free hot breakfast. Looking up this chain for our next stay!

Location was ok but thought it was closer to the beach. Pet fee high not charged by the night but by the stay. Booking.com should list the pet fees before you book the room not after.

Close to the beach and fun activities. Loved having a kitchen space! The room was very spacious.

Would have been nice to have more options at breakfast or a larger space. It seemed to run out quite fast and we were having to wait a while for it to be refilled.
