I really appreciate the attention to presentation. The way the room was presented was really nice. Staff took great care in setting up the room. Bowtie bathroom tissue, flower face/nose tissue, swan/heart shape towels. The entire room and bathroom was clean. I didn't have an issue with the television. Breakfast smelled wonderful.

The pancakes smelled amazing but were a little airy. The eggs were too scrambled, I couldn't get anything on my fork. With the cost of everything going up, it would just feel wonderful to catch a break on hotel stay. I probably would have stayed longer if I was able to afford another night or two.

the staff was wonderful, incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. Housekeeping was outstanding as were all people at all hours involved with helping out or getting a need fixed.

One person, one day at breakfast used her dirty cleaning rag then placed on top of clean plates that people use for their breakfast. We were all grossed out but I took the dirty crap and trashed it. Not a good thing to be so careless.

OMG WHERE DO I START. ME AND MY WIFEONLY STAY AT HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS ,WHEN YOU WALK IN YOU SMELL THE CLEANLINESS IN THE ENTIRE PLACE. WHEN YOU ENTER THE ROOM OH SMELLS SO GOOD TOOK ASHOWER IN CLEAN BATHROOM AND SHEETS AND COVERS SMELLED LIKE AHHHHH , LIKE I WAS DOING A COMMERCIAL EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.. DID NOT DO BREAKFAST THERE BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OH SOAWESOME AND I WILL LET FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW ABOUT HILODAY INN EXPRESS.. KEEP UPTHE GREAT WORK..

Breakfasts was good a large variety.. The best part of the stay was the amazingly clean room we had!! Liliana was the person who serviced our room. She deserves a shout out. Thanks Liliana Our bed was made to perfection spotless you’re an asset to any company who employs you. Thanks to her we will be back. The front desk people were all very nice and did an awesome job.

comfortable place. recently remodeled. breakfast was great with hot and cold choices. Staff was very helpful with hints and tips about the local area. Location was excellent for our visit to Blue Spring.

For this price range I'm not sure how it could be better. There were a lot of contractors staying there but that didn't bother us. We only stayed one night and didn't use any of their amenities like the pool or gym.

The breakfast was unexpected and delicious! The overall value exceeded everything we had anticipated and we will definitely stay again when we are in the area. I'll make sure to recommend your facility to all and my friends and followers.

It was out of your control, but it was disappointing that Perkins restaurant doesn't deliver when they are located in the same parking lot complex.

The beds were comfortable, I liked having a chest of drawers for clothes. Air conditioner worked well and they had lots and lots of electrical plugs. We had two breakfasts.... the first day (a Sunday), it was 'adequate'. Pretty sure the scrambled eggs were powdered variety. Pork sausage was tasty but you had to look for none 'burned' links. Someone was in the mood to cook 'em well that day. Breakfast was a 7 on this day. The next day (Monday, Memorial Day) was much better. There were biscuits and sausage gravy. The bacon was nicely cooked and tasty. And... I'm a big fan of hotels who do the little cheese omelets, and they had those. Breakfast was a 9 on this day.

I think that - perhaps with the long pandemic issues - they maybe need to step up maintenance. Bathroom trim was a bit scruffy, there was a scuff mark stain on the tub (room 215). When we arrived, noticed that the elevator call on our floor was not functional - looked caved in, etc. I told the guy at the desk and he said maintenance would be in at 8 am. When we returned later in the afternoon, it had been fixed. Side note on breakfasts, I'd suggest having sausage gravy and biscuits available everyday. It was a nice addition to the egg and the breakfast meat options.

We ask and received a room with a roll in shower and were very happy with it. It was close to the front, so that saved steps. The hot breakfast was great! The staff worked diligently to keep everything very clean!

We were hoping to get in the room a little bit early, but we had to wait till 4:00( actually a little after).

Helpful staff and location

The first room we were assigned had a really bad cigarette smell right around the entry of the room. Maintenance was called and they think it was coming from the AC but the smell was just awful. The staff was able to change our room which we very much appreciated.

The beds were super comfy. The room was spacious. The buffet breakfast was an added plus. Staff was friendly and courteous. Liked having the Keurig coffee maker in the room. I bought extra so I could have more than two cups in the morning before going out into the world.

Plumbing needs to be updated. Toilet flushed slow and the sink would make this shuddering noise now and then that was disconcerting.
