Always have loved the central location. You literally walk across the street to Reid where all the shops and restaurants are located.Grocery store (Piggly Wiggly & McDonalds are also in walking distance. As soon as you walk in The Port Inn you are pleasantly greeted by a staff member. Will always return again.

The free breakfast really didn't appeal to me because, except for the individual cereal boxes & packets of oatmeal, the muffins was processed along with the donuts. There is a fantastic bakery on Reid Street where everything is made from scratch. They have muffins, scones and slices of quiche. Course, there are many other items. This would be a great plus to serve the guests staying at The Port Inn.

It was a beautiful hotel, Great staff very friendly, very clean, convenient with the shopping centers right next-door and all the restaurants next-door. small town! It was very nice that the cottage lets you checkout bikes to go anywhere in town on, that made it very convenient to get around without having to drive. The bikes were free to checkout all day long and makes accessible to get to places in town. The only thing I would like to see improve is their breakfast bar. Would be nice to have a waffle maker with warm breakfast food options.

Check in was great, staff offered us info about the area. The balcony was great, but the heat was horrible. We were there on a Thursday with a funeral the next day. I do know that area can get loud when the bars and restaurants are rocking, but it was very relaxing for us.

The window shade in the bathroom was awkward to close, as people frequently would look in when at the stoplight.

We loved the friendly service we received upon Check in! My husband and I came to visit for our wedding anniversary, where the Inn went above and beyond delivering a bottle of wine on ice as well as a cake that read Happy 4th Anniversary to our room door shortly after we checked in! The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. My husband and I really enjoyed the location. Everything was within walking distance, we both agree when we return we will use the Port inn and cottages! Breakfast was easily accessible! Rooms on the bay side have great views. We didn’t want to leave! Definitely would say it instantly felt like we were home among family during our stay!

Pay attention to the square footage of the rooms when choosing your room type. I didn’t and was very disappointed when we entered the room. You could barely move with two adults and luggage in the room. Our room faced the backside of the hotel and the view was all of HVAC equipment. Super pricey for what you get.

This was our third stay and it was just as good as the first stay. It was our first stay in one of the cottages. We liked that the cottage had its own washer and dryer as well as a small galley like kitchen to cook or a gas grill. All the restaurants and shops are within a five minute walk with the grocery being a short drive. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel and cottage are all very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be staying again and again.

the staff were above and beyond helpful and really nice , from the fresh baked cookies each day to their recommendations of places to go , resturants , stores and beaches very nice . would highly recommend to others , we will be back .

The location was amazing! The room was spacious, bed super comfortable and the staff were the best! So friendly and with true customer care as their priority!

Our AC in the bedroom was a little noisy- turns out it needed a new motor. Staff offered to move us to another room, but we decided to stay put. We were gone most of the daytime and just ran our white noise app at night to drown it out. Not a deal breaker.

Great location in Port Saint Joe. everything is newly renovated, very clean and comfy bed.

They do not have an elevator and therefore should not charge extra for a ground floor room. I spoke with them about this and they did adjust the price for us. Additionally, the room we were in had no window!

very quite, excellent location to stores and restaurants, and so cute for an Inn. very clean, and could walk or ride bikes easily, and a small park across the street, even though it in the heart of Port St. Joe the traffic was so quiet. it is a very close drive to the State Park also.

I would have love to see the pool lights on at night so it’s inviting.
