The room layout was excellent. Perfect for our needs. The breakfast and the attendant were wonderful. The breakfast was by far the best in our journey covering four top brand hotels.

The sitting room had no lights: no .lamps or overhead fixtures and no wall switches. An HVAC control box was mounted on one of the walls in that area but could not be read. It turns out that it was not operational. The entry door to the room took a substantial effort to open the door. Other guests mentioned that to us, as well. All would have been great if we could have had some form of light in the sitting room. The clerk was unable to resolve that problem. I have pictures to show how that area had no means of lighting. The location has no nearby places to eat dinner.

I am from the area, actually 5 min drive down the road. Traveling from California, just needed a few nights because with all my siblings returning home, parents home was PACKED! Haha. I always see the hotel when visiting home but never needed to stay there until now. I was slightly curious as to the up keep inside. I was proud that the hometeam has maintained the property. It was great honestly. Breakfast included each morning, clean and the hotel smelled great. Definitely recommend! Granted, if you're not from the area, our city is really small. All the food restauraunts are about a 10 min drive uptown, and Walmart is only a 3 minute drive from the hotel. ZERO traffic, so no concerns there!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The lady receptionist charged me for items that I paid cash for and wouldn't correct the receipt. The general manager told me to call back and see if the receptionist and I could resolve the situation and went on to say that he wasn't going to make a big issue over $12.00. I didn't call back. I figured that to take money from her customers,she must need it very badly.

This motel is so clean and beautiful it is a joy to stay in. The staff was friendly and polite. The only issue I was was the water pressure was not that great. I get stiff when driving long distances and a good hot shower helps loosen me up. Everything else was great. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast and amenities. But beware, there are no restaurants open in Quincy on Monday. Lol. And don’t eat at Captain D’s. Disgusting food.

My president booked a room with the joining room but the party that was in her room extended their stay and my president was put in a another room without her joining

I was impressed with the hotel from the minute I walked in the door. I was greeted with a pleasant smell and the staff were all friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great as they had gluten free muffins! This was a pleasure. The lobby was decorated for Memorial Day and this was appreciated. I would stay again and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

Well I could tell you the beds are so comfortable it was so so clean the Staff was wonderful thank you so so much I really appreciate you be blessed

I just wish they had more of a selection for breakfast and the pancake machine a waffle machine was broken but she informed me of that when we checked in other than that we had no issues and the machine and a big issue at all either the service is a bigger issue for me and I'm thankful for that that they all went well.

The room

The gentleman at the counter. We walked up and stood at the counter for 15 mins he was right by the very first door talking to the manager in their office.. he made eye contact with me after I turned around and just looked at them waiting to be greeted. Said do u need something.... Well yeah sir, to check in. It's not check in time. When my phone said check in was 2pm... " It's changed bc of covid" well sir you should update your stuff I'm only doing what I'm told.... Did not appreciate that at all. It was our WEDDING NIGHT. my family also said the same thing. The people here aren't that nice. Sad when you have people spending 300+ for 2 nights and I can't even be nice.

The size of my 2 queen bed suite was amazing.Bed was very comfortable and plenty of extra pillows and other bedding. Staff is exceptional ..friendly, professional

The price could have been better...stayed at a competitor in Murfreesboro for $50 less and the breakfast was as good, the room was as nice and as comfortable.
