Staff was so friendly & couldn’t do enough for you ! The food at both the tiki bar & Dante’s were excellent. The room was so clean as well as the pool & all areas outside! The landscaping & beach were very well cared for. The complimentary shower after checking out was extremely helpful. We also loved that biked & kayaking is included with resort fee.

There was nothing that we didn’t like … except that we couldn’t stay longer !!

the women bartender at the pool made many mistakes in our orders and want concentrating enough . asks for tips after the wrong orders in a serious and angry face ! she knows we are foreigners we are not aware of the tips issues and also she presented us alcoholic beverage while I asked for a juice for the kids !!

convenient well manicured not too crowded easy access to beach and amenities. property is compact and easy to get around. staff was friendly and attentive especially the beach staff. so easy to get to. our unit type was perfect for us.

the wifi was terrible at best. most times we couldn’t even find it as an option in our devices and when it did connect the level of connection was poor. we didn’t need it but couldn’t find a laundry facility as our unit type didn’t have one.

How would I rate my stay easy navigate from the highway well-lit entrance/comfy soft beds to sleep/ I got wonderful 4-night sleep!! Many Thanks to the office staff for waiting on our late arrival also the kind staff who clean our room (Clean smelling) and wash the towels every night/ great wonderful, OH the delicious breakfast highest 5 stars rating I could give=and also my kind waitress she's so organized (I would encourage a pay raise

the location, games and water activities/chairs and umbrellas available. Staff was amazing and friendly.

Rooms were a bit dated and dirty. We found a dead roach in the pull out bed along with soiled sheets. No stove to cook.

The staff was excellent, professional and very swift to respond to our text questions. The process of beach towels and return/exchange of linens for the room was efficient. The property was very well kept.

The faucet in the kitchen broke the first night we were there...kind of poorly put together. Also, no one at the front desk really knew where we could do our personal laundry. They pointed to a path behind the Song of the Seas - we wandered for quite awhile. Front desk people should actually go to it - guests should be told to go onto the road and turn into the Song of the Seas - the laundry is right there, easy to view. Lastly, bathrooms should have fans.

Location was great, landscaping and gardens were very pretty. Nice view.

I paid alot of money for one night stay, I obviously booked on line. However when I checked in there were additional fees added of $80 more dollars. We should know the complete and total cost when booking online prior to arrival so there are no surprises.

the rooms are way past needing an update. maybe even tear down the oldest and rebuild. I’m sure they were nice at some point but at least our building (Jasmine) has outlived its appeal. the view is great but the physical state is pretty bad.

The Resort was quiet and peaceful, just what we needed for a weekend away. Plus it is located in the perfect location for restaurants and shops on the island as well as easy access to off island to visit locations on the mainland.

Our room was a little dated, but very comfortable.
