Large TV. Best ever in a hotel. Comfortable mattress/bed. Clean room.

The location being waterfront and having a restaurant on property was a bonus. Great views and centrally located to all our needs. The staff was excellent.

The room A/C did not work well but not that big of a problem.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially the breakfast staff and reception. Everything was in good order with supplies topped up daily. Good and up to scratch hotel with good staff service. Rooms on the road side must be well sound insulated as the road was not a noise problem at all.

Breakfast room was undergoing refurbishment so much of it not usable - but no issue as not busy. Bar was very rowdy and loud the first night. No elevator so have to lug your bags up to the 1st floor. Not a problem for us but could be if you're not capable.

The front desk staff, Shana and Alicia, and Candy and Kay. *I* asked them for their names to recognize their excellent service. I can't wait to come back again. I had to change rooms b/c of a lock problem (it being FL=damp). They were fast, efficient, and polite. There were unruly guests whom were immediately dealt with by Alicia and Shana. I was a bit frantic when the lock problem happened again, and Candy and Kay were very kind and helped me immediately. Thank you, this kind of service is appreciated.

Loud music until 2am.

Nicely decorated room with comfy king bed and the largest flat screen TV ever in a room! Private patio was so nice for watching the sunset with a cocktail or a cup of Joe relaxing by dock! Hot breakfast every morning. Heated pool with bar and grill close by for cocktails by the pool! We both had relaxing and wonderful time here!

Construction was going on near the bar and dock all week except Sunday.

Great location for visiting my family. Staff were friendly but quiet. Breakfast, gym and pool were a great addition. Excellent price.

Traffic noises through the night but we got used to it.

The shrubs along the road made it dangerous to get out of the drive onto 41. My wife wished there was an elevator to the second floor. Overall a great place and would stay again when in the area. Thanks

A hidden gem!!! Everything about this place is amazing really! Fabulous tiki bar with live entertainment on the marina with a pool and the very best continental breakfast I’ve ever had the pleasure to enjoy- poolside, of course. Staff is helpful and genuinely friendly.

There was not one thing about the property that wasn’t pleasing

Everything about my stay was phenomenal. I reached out to the hotel before I arrived for an early check-in due to having back pain, which was granted upon arrival. Day two, I asked for a change of room since I had done surgery and was unable to climb the stairs, which went very smoothly even though I kept the housekeeping girls from doing their work. Next, the manager saw me in pain, felt helpless, and did the only thing he could've ......offered me a bottle of water; it was his gesture that got me. The staff were really nice to me; one of the housekeeping girls noticed I was in pain one morning and assisted me at breakfast. It was a great stay. I can't say I was ever this satisfied before, and I am one to have many hotel stays (From 2 stars to 5 stars hotel) and very often. I am always traveling. Keep up the good work, guys.

The breakfast was awesome with lots of options, Everything was clean. The pool was very nice and clean. The room was comfortable. The shower was great and adjustable The grilled shrimp was delicious

No place to hang or place towel in the bathroom A hook or two would work so you didn't have to put your towel and clothes on the floor. A hook in the shower to hang up your wet bathsuit would be helpful.
