Easily accessible, clean, friendly staff.

Tub did not drain, Needs new TV in sitting area for room 111 picture was really bad. Hot water takes a few minutes to get to the room, we assume the hot water heater is on the other side of property. Although these issues were inconvenient, it was overall worth the money.

I was impressed for the age of the hotel. It's clear that management takes care of the property. It was pristine. The beds were beyond comfortable. The shower had strong power and lots of hot water.

Minor, minor things ... the "sofa" was part of a set with no arm at the end. A little uncomfortable, but we weren't hanging out in the room. And the front part of the suite was much darker than the bedroom, so we had the sunshine by 7:30 a.m.; no sleeping in. But we were off to do fun things, so no worries. Not like anyone can control the position of the sun.

I really liked the Retro style.

Not enough towels in the room. We had three guests but each of the 3 nights we stayed we were only given 2 and had to request additional. We were quickly given them on request. Also with the pool and extra towel or 2 would be helpful. The only issue I had with the cleanliness was the floor. I am not sure if the "black" was tracked in from the parking lot but you most definitely could not walk across the floor barefoot or your feet would very dirty.

It was clean, roomy, well-appointed, and close to the airport and restaurants. The mattress was comfortable, the pillows were great, and blankets were just right weight! A/C worked well.

I don't have one complaint. It would have been nice to have a charging station.

Where do I start!! The staff was friendly. The cleaning staff was wonderful and friendly. They kept us in clean towels all the time. The pool was fantastic. We did our laundry there, which was really nice. Very close to the beaches and parks. We meet really nice people in the other rooms. We would definitely be back next year. The room was clean. Location was great for us. We went to attend Sarasota soccer cup and the hotel was closed to the fields at the same time it was not far from the restaurant areas. For the price we paid It exceeded my expectations.

There were only two towels in my bathroom and we were 3 guests.

Wow. This place just looks like an old motel from the outside but inside was amazing! Nice little kitchen with a fridge, freezer, sink, stove and microwave, dishes included! Very nice bathroom. Nice bedroom, fold out futon bed, and two tvs. Laundry and pool onsite.

The blinds in the bedroom actually close over an old window ac so that was super weird. They need to update the window treatments. Also they have like the ugliest blue low wattage lightbulbs ever, but overall I'd say this motel is a great value.

No working ice machine. Very poor water pressure in sink. No light at fridge/counter area. Burned out light bulbs in room.

I was pleasantly surprised at the room. It had two separate rooms....a living room/kitchen area, a bedroom, plus a bathroom. Though not a full kitchen, it had a refrigerator, microwave, stove, set of dishes and silverware, pots and pans....all I needed to prepare meals. The room had two tv's, was very clean, and the facility had a pool. Though not a new, modern hotel, I felt it was a tremendous value for the price I paid.

The couch in the living room area was stiff, and in the bedroom the AC was just over the bed and blew right across the bed. I would have preferred the AC be a bit further away from where I was in the bed.

The suite was large and comfortable. Heated pool was great.

Slightly low water presure in shower. Slow to heat and drain.
