We had previously checked out but had to return due to some unforseen circumstances. They welcomed us back and put us on the 6th floor which is for hypoallergenic customers. We really appreciated that since they remembered our 1st stay wasn't so pleasant the 1st night Oct. 15-16 -2022. The room smelled strongly of pet urine!! The staff was able to move us the next night once The Tv channels wouldn't work properly along with that horrible smell 😿

The fact that since pets are allowed to stay, our room wreaked with the smell of pet urine!!!!!! The TV channel guide doesn't match the channels . That was room number 320 on the palm beach lakes Blvd location of west Palm Beach FL. This is LaQuinta Inn Hotel

I didn't like the attendant at the breakfast. This lady hovered over the guest with her spray bottle and dish towel cleaning every time someone was trying to fix their food. To make matters worst she kept saying "clean up your mess" .I have been to several hotels and never experienced this type of treatment toward the guest. In addition I didn't feel comfortable during this visit.

This place was very easy to find and there was plenty of places to park within the grounds. They had laundry services both washing and drying which were working and gave us the opportunity to get some laundry done as we were on a road trip. The hotel is situated close to a good choice of restaurants and the West Palm Beach outlet shops were no more than 5 minute drive away. The room and bathroom were clean and the receptionist was more than helpful with us

Room wasn't big as we expected but maybe that was down to my expectation. Certainly didn't spoil my stay and so I would stay here again

Could be better maybe some eggs sausage you know something more on the warm side to break the fast but still better than nothing I'm great full I also love the location and that's why I chose to stay there each time I visit West Palm Beach thank you.

Great location. Easy access to everything

Room was a bit small. Breakfast is not that great. Aside from the waffles, not much else going on so you gotta wait for everyone to finish making their waffles and youll see people make 2 or 3 for themselves making the wait time ridiculous.

The staff was very nice, the hotel has parking, the breakfast was delicious -waffles, fruit, cereals, bread- the beds and pillows were soft, good wifi , good A/C

The toilet didn’t flush well, the bathroom door was a little ripped out, it’s a little far from the amphitheater , it will be good if we had more toiletries

it was the perfect location and the staff was super friendly and accommodating! there was a nice breakfast served as well! This is a great location, safe neighborhood, right across from the outlets and a short 10 min drive to Palm beach! We would definitely stay here again! The rooms were clean, service was great, we loved the staff, we enjoyed our time here!

A little outdated but for a great price I can’t complain!

Staff was awesome! Orlando at the front desk was extremely helpful and went the extra mile. The shuttle service was great as well. Rooms were very clean and pool was good small but nice.

It was convenient for my travel, close to I95.

Maintenance need to be kept up. A/c in some rooms doesn't blow cold air and bathroom need maintenance also

The staff was friendly and patient. The young lady that checked us in and checked us out could not be more friendly and accommodating

The carpets were not vacuumed. I found a fingernail on the carpet in front of the bed. It was gross but I wore slippers the whole time I was in the room.
