I read the reviews before booking and they were accurate. The bed is REALLY firm, but I liked it. The furniture is dusty so I'd recommend bringing your own Clorox or Lysol wipes if you're very picky about minor things like that. The customer service was on point, I overheard a complaint and the manager addressed it immediately. He was kind enough to offer me a late check out based on my conversation about my stay. I would definitely book here again.

The AC blows out particles that could be harmful for a person with Asthma like me.

Everything was great, from the price to the lobby to the rooms. The lobby was well-lit and inviting. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was very nice and well-stocked. We didn't use it but the pool looked very nice as well. Definitely our new go-to when staying in Alpharetta.

We were pleased with everything we experienced. I wouldn't mind if breakfast ran another hour but that's a very minor thing.

great location quite rooms was on the dirty side the headboard was full of finger prints the bathroom mirrors still had tooth paste from the previous stay the floor had crumbs and wrappers all under the bed sham the sofa bed had some sort of bodily fluid and when I went to let them know about the room he told me they were cleaned so I just went near by to a dollar store and cleaned up the mess washed all the bedding sheets cause there is a washer and dryer I only did this because I was staying a few days and wanted to feel comfortable but the room didn’t have bed bugs so I was pleased they could have gave me a free night for cleaning up someone else’s mess but besides that it was great

It was close to shopping and everything that this area has to offer! it was tucked off to the corner it was less then 3 miles away from the mall and so much to do all around it. The pool was very clean indoor pool.I usually hate indoor pools due to it being dirty or having a strong smell. This didn’t it was so nice and relaxing. The bed was firm but comfortable and the pillows were great! The room was clean. The staff was very nice as well.

The hotel was fantastic value and quite clean. The beds and bathroom seemed quite clean. Everything in the room worked and the layout of the room made it feel quite spacious. The staff were quite considerate.

The location is a bit out-of-the-way of everything. It's close to the Northpoint Mall, but that's about it. Yes, the room was clean, but it felt pretty out-of-date. It worked, but that's it; no bells nor whistles, though that can be a good thing for some.

Convenient location, nice people, waffle house in the same parking lot

The halls smelled like the halls of a nursing home like feces but our room smelled fine thankfully. The AC was turned off in our room when we arrived and it was burning hot in there.

I was impressed with how clean it was and how friendly the staff was. It was full due to a concert in the area and it was a great price for how close to the venue it was. Would stay here again for sure.

We like that a microwave and refrigerator was included in the room, the staff was friendly and the hotel was in a great location. They were in the process of renovation and everything looked nice.

The first took that we stayed in smelled like smoke (not their fault), they changed us immediately. Staff made sure we were comfortable and breakfast wasn’t big but had the essentials. The hotel was clean! Definitely worth a nights stay.

It was a nice area and very clean rooms. Some things need to be replaced (lamp shades held together by tape) but overall I was pleased. Great customer service. I didn't wake up in time for breakfast.
