This is a very basic, no frills hotel. The room was larger than most, but did show signs of wear. It was comfortable. The A/C worked very well. The shower was hot. The bed was just fine. There is a pool although we didn't utilize it. I felt it served its purpose well and I don't really have any serious complaints, nor super high praise, save one noteworthy experience. One morning we were late to breakfast and the attendant accommodated us anyway. She was very kind and brought things back out for us. She went above and beyond.

The breakfast area is incredibly small. Seating for 12 maybe, but comfortably 6. I wouldn't say that a lot of energy goes into making that breakfast tasty or with much variety. No flavored creamers for coffee. In general the hotel is just "okay". It is showing some signs of wear.

Our stay was great! Checked in a little late but it was still easy and we were in our room in minutes. We walked in our room and it smelled so clean! Very nice size comfortable room. Breakfast the two days were great. Waffles, eggs, sausage patties, pastry options and oatmeal. They have several drinks options as well. The pool is indoor which was nice but it was super cold for my kiddos.

I didn’t like the fact that they charged me a $50 deposit without telling me about it at all. The guy checking me in literally gave me the receipt to sign and when I questioned it he simply said they were required to do so. I told him I would have appreciated a heads up. After my stay it only took three days to refund so that wasn’t too bad.

Everything. The staff was so accommodating especially trinka. Anything we needed they made sure we had it. They treated us like family. Everyone speaks and smiles. My son and I got in an accident in January and had to stay due to doctors visits. It was an extended stay but they have all been so kind and you definitely can’t beat the rates. It’s quiet and serene. I’d book here randomly just to get away and get some rest if I needed too. From my family to yours we love and thank you

I read the reviews before booking and they were accurate. The bed is REALLY firm, but I liked it. The furniture is dusty so I'd recommend bringing your own Clorox or Lysol wipes if you're very picky about minor things like that. The customer service was on point, I overheard a complaint and the manager addressed it immediately. He was kind enough to offer me a late check out based on my conversation about my stay. I would definitely book here again.

The AC blows out particles that could be harmful for a person with Asthma like me.

They are very nice and friendly people. Check in was quick, the rooms are very clean. No roaches, or bed bugs, very quiet and breakfast was okay. The pool is open and clean. I will definitely be back when I come to Atlanta. You only have to pay a one time deposit fee of $50 dollars.

The bed could be a little more soft, but overall it was a good stay.

Everything was great, from the price to the lobby to the rooms. The lobby was well-lit and inviting. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was very nice and well-stocked. We didn't use it but the pool looked very nice as well. Definitely our new go-to when staying in Alpharetta.

We were pleased with everything we experienced. I wouldn't mind if breakfast ran another hour but that's a very minor thing.

This is always a great place to spend the night. It is the only place I stay in Alpharetta. My room was not ready so I was upgraded to the king suite with jacuzzi which was VERY nice. Great management and a really nice hotel that always has excellent pricing. I will continue to be a regular.

I have no complaints.

It was very comfortable and just the right size room as we were just spending one night after going to a concert. The one thing we didn’t like was the refrigerator froze our drinks but all in all we were very satisfied with the rate we paid for the room and the stay.

I like staying closer to the highway instead of back in a corner lot.

My favorite place to stay in Alpharetta. I currently have five more reservations at this location. The rooms are clean. The location is easy to get to. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The people that run it are always friendly and helpful.

I wish breakfast lasted a little later so I could try it. Maybe one day!

great location quite rooms was on the dirty side the headboard was full of finger prints the bathroom mirrors still had tooth paste from the previous stay the floor had crumbs and wrappers all under the bed sham the sofa bed had some sort of bodily fluid and when I went to let them know about the room he told me they were cleaned so I just went near by to a dollar store and cleaned up the mess washed all the bedding sheets cause there is a washer and dryer I only did this because I was staying a few days and wanted to feel comfortable but the room didn’t have bed bugs so I was pleased they could have gave me a free night for cleaning up someone else’s mess but besides that it was great
