My niece who lives in Athens stayed with me. We both loved the pool. The parking was great.

The room had an odor. Our (my) room was way down the hall from the elevator. I have arthritis in my knees so it was a long walk for me. When people are on vacation they tend to want to sleep late. The breakfast stopped at 9AM, which is a little bit early. We ate the breakfast twice which was the weekend and it was open till 10AM.

We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was helpful and welcoming even though we checked in very late. Our room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The shower head was good quality and we had plenty of towels and washcloths. The breakfast was clean and inviting and had waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, etc. We had plenty despite other large groups staying at the hotel The staff member worked hard to keep up with the demand. There was a sign reminding guests that there would not be housekeeping during the stay but you could get whatever was needed from the front desk. We stayed 2 nights and did not need to request anything as our room had everything that was needed. It also had a refrigerator and microwave, couch, TV, and study desk. Ashton was working during our second breakfast and was so helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Checkout was easy and quick. We will stay again next time we are in Athens!

We enjoyed our stay.

They are very clean and accommodating.The staff is great.We did have an issue in getting a coffee maker for the room.The one essential part was missing,and the top for the ice bucket was gone aswel.i had to go to the desk a few times during our stay to get it resolved.

The pool is open indoors but absolutely freezing!Main purpose was to find a little get away with an open pool for my son.They can't change temperature of it so it's miserably cold.The prices for a water bottle is highway robbery.

The staff was very pleasant and helped in every way possible. The room was clean and stocked with enough towels for our whole family. If the 4 of us travel together we sometimes have to ask for towels because they only put 2 or 3 in the rooms. The breakfast area was kept very orderly. Saturday night the weather was bad and we didn't want to get out in it so we ordered pizza in and they let us grab some plates from the breakfast area so we could eat off of them!

Comfort and layout of the room was great and the bed very comfortable. Love that there was a fridge and microwave and coffee in room. Also love that it is pet friendly and staff was very friendly especially the lady at the front desk.

Wish there was a magnifying mirror in bathroom as it seemed a bit dark in the room even with the lights on. Due to the location I think the price could be a little lower.

Staff was very friendly. Hallways and lobby were clean. Room was a good size. Breakfast was good. Pool was a good size.

Toilet seat was not properly attached to toilet which made using it tricky for myself and my kids. Most of the workout equipment in the gym did not properly work. No record of pool chemicals being tested posted in pool area.

We booked the King Suite and we loved it! It gave us the room we needed with our dog. It was worth the little we paid for the upgrade when we booked. We stay here on our way to Florida for the season and then on our way back when we can.

The girl (she was young) who checked us in had a bit of a snippy attitude. She needs more training in customer service. After 8 hours of driving, that was the last thing I needed.

Comfortable bed, freezer part of mini fridge! Soft towels, really good and broad breakfast offerings, nice desk personnel.

Laboring a/c, noisy floor with cleaning/door slamming, next to elevator; bathroom floor needed sweeping/vacuuming - obvious dirt in most corners/edges.

Quiet not too far from the main areas downtown city has too offer. great authentic restaurants near... my boyfriend and I will be return for a stay When needed. Clean and fresh sheets. Everything was just so clean. Floors even under the sink lol The only negative thing was the 3rd floor ice machine was out of order but my room was right on the end and it was only a couple of steps down to the second floor where a ice machine was available. Quite place breakfast ok but that’s considering what we all know what’s going on (eating out should be expected) so that was a none factor . plus they had clif bars at the counter to purchase.

Room and pool. It was alarge room and indoor pool. Also very pretty friendly staff. Always had someone on duty.
