The hotel itself was in a very nice area of Midtown. Plenty to see and do all day and all night long. The staff was absolutely amazing. The bellhops were extremely professional and even though one waitress at the bar smiled and stared a little too long for my liking. The atmosphere was very pleasant.

If I tried real hard I’m sure I could find something, but I would really just be petty. My companion didn’t like that there was NO free breakfast but his understanding of levels is…stuck.

The location can't be beat. Perfect, central location- making it easy to walk to nearby spots. The room was spacious.

There was only 1 bartender at the bar on a Friday night which made it chaotic and unorganized. There was also some event being held so there were way too many people in the area and the bartender was clearly overwhelmed and was less than pleasant. It took over 20mins to get our drinks and 15mins before we were even acknowledged to be able to order.

We got a better room for our honeymoon and it made us soooo happy so thanks for it! The hotel gym is an actual proper gym and not just a few machines so I was so happy to be able to use it. The hotel has a parking lot and you can self park and get an in and out parking for 32$ so that's fair. The staff was nice and helpful

Behind the couch we found clothing items that were belong to whoever stayed there before we did it gave us a feeling that they didn't clean the room well. Also, while setting the AC to a little higher temperature it had a weird smell like something was on fire

We were attending a festival at Piedmont Park—the Loews is in a perfect location in this part of town. The staff were very professional and friendly; the room, lobby, everything was very clean and orderly. Valet parking is $45 a night, which we used, making initial check-in convenient, and ensured a very secure location for our car.

Two small details: 1. We had our AC set as low as the thermostat would go (65) and the room was still a bit warm for us. 2. When you turn on the sink in the bathroom the pipes are a bit loud for the price of the hotel, but it’s a minor thing. So valet parking: although great for check-in, we were leaving on a Sunday night, after a huge festival downtown, and when we returned to hotel, they only had two valets (later a third) working and no one directing the “traffic” as cars pulled up. We waited an hour for valet to pull our car up.

The Bell staff..Front desk staff...even the maid staff were AWESOME!!!

location. good room size. quiet. access to fantastic gym. friendly and helpful staff. nice breakfast options. buzzy bar area.

bathrobes but not slippers. a lot of corporate conferences during of the day made it feel very busy.

the location and the staff were great. the on site Starbucks and restaurant were great time savers and had great options.

the room didn’t have a refrigerator but instead a minibar that you had to pay for. so you couldn’t keep food or water cold. the tv didn’t have streaming services.

I was very impressed with everything from the moment we arrived to when we left. The staff was professional, polite, and helpful. The hotel and room was very clean. We had a wonderful time and will look to stay there again when back in Atlanta.

There was not anything that we did not like. Everything was great!

Both mornings they messed up our breakfast order. When I say messed up I mean forgot someone’s entire order. Their system malfunctioned when I was checking in and the young lady wanted to run my card again even though on my end I could see the 1100 charge and showed her.

The hotel was modern and well designed. The lift service to the 21st floor was excellent with never having to wait for more than 30 seconds for a lift to arrive. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The view from the room was disappointing looking down onto a car park. Complimentary water in the room would have been welcome.
