1- Very clean and nice modern spacious apartments 2- Very quite

1- Too many uses of access codes : entry access code , gym access code , parking access code . I suggest you give access card that can let guests enter all places . will be more convenient. 2- Difficult to find for delivery services . They confuse it for another apartments building entrance after security hut which has same address . 3- Parking is painful. first u need access code , then u have to get out from your car to enter another gate code then park your car then close your gate . 4- No one physically available for emergency in the building . just assume someone phone batteries died and forgot his code , it will be impossible to enter . 5- No cable TV

The amount of space for the price. parking garage included. Code entry was easy. The rooftop patio was nice.

The apartment itself was a little run down. We didn’t have an access card for the gym and when I called, the staff wasn’t able to resolve that issue. Fire alarm went off at 3am one morning (not sure if someone pulled it or what) and it took the fire department awhile to turn it off.

The location is the best thing! If you don't mind walking, it's about 20 minutes from everything to see as a tourist! If you want to drive, it's literally 5 minutes away from main attractions and it's in the center of everything! The place was so spacious, and the view was incredible. Everything is provided for you and you don't have to worry about contacting anyone or waiting for replies because they have a replenishing station for you to help yourself as well.

There were a few flies, we weren't sure where they came from.

No cable TV... Setup of Google Chromecast was not intuitive; had to manually reset device to connect Frying pan provided did not work with induction cook top; heating elements would not turn on with pan

The room styles, the linens, the music.

It wasn’t easy to get in touch with the staff, a few problems with access code.

Check- in and parking instructions were clear and easy to follow. Secure garage parking. Very spacious unit for our family of 5, very comfortable beds. Location was an easy walk to Aquarium, other attractions, and several restaurants. Earplugs were provided in the essentials cabinet to help with the city noise, which was pretty intense right next to the highway and hospital.

We kept seeing red/fire ants and got a few bites. Contacted Concierge and gave permission to come in but did not get follow up communication on what they did if anything. Power went out for several hours in the night and I tried several times to report it but did not get an answer. I was eventually able to find out who the power company was and make sure the outage was reported to them

Good location nice comfortable place.

Never could connect the internet and TV didn't work.

It was situated right in the mid town

The bedroom windows were not noise proof , the noise from the highway use to come directly to the bedroom,being a busy highway the room use to be always noisy Housekeeping was also not available.if u needed it then it was available at extra cost.

The space was very nice. Loved that the kitchen was stocked with common household supplies and the floorplan included a beautiful view of the city. There was an abundance of storage and all the necessities you'd hope to have in a home away from home. The garages were a nice touch, too. Oh and quiet neighbors.

Definitely not the same standard of clean as the average hotel. There were stains on several of bath linens and one cloth was noticeably dingy. Made me a bit apprehensive to use the linens. Also the water stains on the shower glass as well as the questionable stain on the sofa gave the impression that not the most thorough cleaning practices were followed.

The Balconies and it was very spacious wonderful for staying multiple nights away from home I was able to cook most nights so we weren't wasting alot of money on food

The walls are thin when I'm home I love to listen to loud music while I clean or get dress they frowned upon loud music because of the neighbors
