Good selection of food for breakfast and maintained well.

Shampoo container on shower wall was empty. Had to go to desk and request one. Coffee in lobby was stale and bitter.

Location was great. Service was great. Breakfast was great.

Check in December 17, Check out December 18. Pick up our son who was in Fort Gordon. The place was great and staff was great. I check in with a young lady name Madison. I ran my card through the machine and on my side it said approve. The girl again said to run it again one more time cause it did not go through. I explain to her on my side it said approved. She said that it won’t charge me again. For some reason her computer was mess up. So she ask to type in my card which I gave her my card. She type it in and it went through. The next day we woke up had breakfast check out. Later that even I check my credit card and I got charge 3 times and I called the hotel and my credit card company. Hotel couldn’t give me any answer. Now I’m having yo disputes the issue.

The breakfast was just ok. Real scrambled eggs would be better than powdered eggs. Ice near kitchen would be nice. Had to walk all the way down the hallway to get ice for my cold beverage. We had a very difficult time checking in at the hotel. The staff member could not find our reservation, when I had received confirmation that we had a reservation, she tried to push us to next door behind your building to the other sister hotel. But I refused and kept showing her not only my confirmation, my confirmation number, plus a note from the manager telling us she was looking forward to our upcoming stay. So she simply could not do a very good job at the front desk.

Great location, comfortable, clean, and staff were very accommodating. The hot breakfast hit the spot.

The food was amazing and they had a great variety. The entire hotel was over the top and I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to ft gordon.

The bed was more comfortable than I was expecting, pleasantly surprised! The king room size was what my husband and I are accustomed to and looking for when we travel.

No biggie but the sink faucet in the bathroom needed to be sealed. It moved when turning on the water.

The staff were really nice. The stores were close by the time we checked in and we needed water for the baby. Their vending machine didn't have water but took my money so I asked the reception lady if they had any bottled water and she gave me 2. I just wanted 1. She also gave me my money back which I refused to get since she already gave me water. It's my first time in Georgia and already loving the sweetness of everyone here. Oh and also, check in and check out were fast.

My 3 year son found an empty cup of cracker barrel cup underneath the curtain. Also, the rug needed more vacuuming.

I stay here most times during my visits to Augusta. I like the environment as it is close to places to eat in the neighborhood as well as places to shop.
