I liked the staff all the way to housekeeping so polite and pleasant.

I didn't like the 2nd floor I rather stay on the 4th floor room 419 if I'm not mistaken that's the room I stayed in before this room. I love my experience there every time I stay it's always nice. I am so comfortable until I forget about breakfast downstairs.

We walked in and first think I notice was how clean and fresh smelling it was. The sweet lady behind the counter welcomed us with a smile. Got our key and headed to the room. Met other staff who smiled and said hello, all this time everywhere from the lobby, elevator, hallway and our room it smelled like a fresh cleaned house. Not just covered up by spray we could see how nice everything was.

The location was good. The gentleman overseeing breakfast was really nice and kept everything up.

The bathroom had some fixtures that needed to be tightened up. Only one elevator was working. The front desk workers at check in and check out did the minimal.

loved the size of room, Location was perfect for us. front desk staff was the best, went out of her way to help us.

there was only one waste basket throughout are suite, had to go into the bathroom to throw anything away? edges of rug along baseboards did not look clean/ vacuumed you could visible see dirt. same with bathroom floor.

Facilities were clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good.

We weren't made aware prior to booking that the hotel was under renovation. We were awoken early by workers loudly outside our door working. Overall, it wasn't super inconvenient but it would've been nice to know ahead of time.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent hot and fresh. The facility was clean...not too fancy but clean. Not too far from the highway and close to shopping and restaurants.

I was on the 1st floor so it was a little noisy at times also seems like some construction was going on but it wasn't too much of a bother. I couldn't figure out how to change the channel on my TV or figure out the WiFi

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic!!!!!! The biscuits and gravy and grits were so tasty!! Everything was fresh, clean and delicious!!! Eating area was clean and food was fresh!! Sunset was beautiful out our window each evening.

shower curtain didn't really cover the shower well when pulled closed; curtain seemed old and plastic pieces at the top of the curtain seemed brittle; tile and floor looked a bit soiled in a few spots; dust ruffle on bed had stains; only one elevator was working and it was making creaking noises; when people came in from the pool, the floor in front of the elevators became slippery and wet

Amazing hotel! Rooms were huge, clean, and beds were comfy! Breakfast was great! Loved the pool and the coffee station as well. The staff were all so friendly. Definitely will stay here from now on!

Easy access to food and my granddaughters wedding.

My keycard didn’t work the entire time! I had to leave my door unlocked most of the time. When we left for the day we had to lock it! Struggled to get it open! Took 50-60 times. The kids took turns!

We booked at the last minute and the we were exhausted from experiencing car trouble and the front desk clerk was very nice.

Maybe concealing the trash stacked up by the dumpsters. When we looked out our window it wasn't very appealing.
