I really wish I could remember the name of the associate who checked me in. She was by far the kindest and most efficient of any hotel staff member I have ever dealt with in my travels. All the staff I met were kind, helpful and friendly. It seems this hotel remembers what customer service actually looks like. The property itself was a little older but well kept and clean. Great location and easy to navigate in and out of the parking area.

Interior (courtyard facing rooms are dark. No free coffee in lobby. Starbucks in lobby is just ok and is only breakfast option. Parking garage (while free) is very tight for a larger vehicle.

Nice hotel

The wifi didn't work well and was difficult to set up. This is a cardinal sin. I probably wouldn't stay here again because of this. The pool is small and the gym is small as well - but having said that - I'd rather that they were there and small than not there at all.

Breakfast was a set menu not a buffet. The choice was limited but good. You have to pay for your breakfast. The hotel initially objected to free breakfast but agreed to it when I showed my booking through Booking.com.

The wi-fi was slow. Should be improved. Housekeeping is every alternate day. The AC/heater was slightly noisy but I guess that's the US system as they don't use hot air blowers rather than radiators.

Friendly staff, spatious rooms

The AC in the whole building is very strong and it was freezing the whole time. The room did not have some of the basic staff like slippers and toothbrush

it seems quite new so is clean and in good condition throughout with good amenities like the laundry, pool and gym. The room was comfortable and reasonably well proportioned with two good sized beds (three pillows each) along with a big tv, fridge, microwave and coffee machine (unlike many places taking these out currently). The staff were helpful and friendly. It is located only 5 minutes walk from Decatur square so is handy for restaurants in the neighbourhood whilst being a quiet location for traffic.

I’m never one for showers over a bath anyway but unfortunately the bath has an rough surface installed to make it slip proof but in turn makes it uncomfortable as a bath (so why not just install a shower!).

Really good location if you want to walk around Decatur and explore downtown. Many good restaurants within walking distance.

They charge for parking-only $10-but it’s annoying when hotels do that. Especially hotels that aren’t a resort.

The breakfast was delicious. It was seasoned well and the portions were more than enough.

Our room was cold and the heat would not rise up for comfort. The staff brought us a space heater whuch was fine.

I love my room the beds was cozy and it was just soft and amazing... the staff members are very friendly and greets you all the time that they see you. It was just very relaxing. Theres a pool and a gym inside and its a lot of places like restaurants around that you can just walk yourself into because all of them are a feet away.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

1. Tried two different irons, both of the leaked and almost damage a suit. 2. The cleaning staff started knocking on the door about 8am or before.
