I've stayed at this facility before and I enjoy being in the area right outside of Atlanta my room was very comfortable

I didn't like the animals running around the hotel had a couple of bugs not bed bugs not cockroaches just some strange bugs I had never seen before and I can only attest it being from the animals that are allowed to be in the facility my room wasn't swept the duration of my stay the only way I got clean Linens if I took them off the bed and threw him on the floor pubic hair from the last guest were in the shower some repairs needed to be done I handle off the drawer entertainment unit outdated peeling you need to be tossed out

We loved it! It's been a long time since I've been excited to stay in hotel! The staff is what makes it so good, their attitude is so awesome and they are so helpful with whatever you need! I wanted to stay another night so she let me do it through booking so I could get my discount and she kept me in the same room. We stayed at the Comfort Inn by Six Flags and it was just not good but here we were welcomed and they made it feel like home! We will definitely be staying here next time! Also the pool is better here because it's outside and it doesn't smell like wet dog like at the other comfort inn! Great job to the staff again!

Excellent Customer Service from all the employees 👏🏽 didn't eat breakfast but they did have a lot of choices, quite area, hotel was clean, beds are comfortable, will stay again!

Some of the furniture was outdated and broken, the hallway was hot like it had no AC on 3rd floor, door knob broken off door, tub was stained, the AC unit is positioned in the corner of the room which makes it take longer for room to cool but overall it was a nice hotel!

Over all it was extremely satisficing. Room was clean, location was perfect for our requirements, the pool was exceptional. Would have like the breakfast to go to 10 instead of 9 and requested 1st floor and was advised it would be possible and when we arrived they would not give us a 1st floor room, said due to remodeling but a couple of days later saw people going to room on 1st floor The staff was the most exceptional thing about our stay, they were super.

The beds/pillows were comfy and A.C. worked well. Room was super clean. Lady at the front desk when we checked in was friendly as was the lady who was running the morning breakfast area.

Maybe invest in some new luggage racks to use to carry luggage and stuff into the hotel. The 2 that were available were old. Ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work.

This is a modest, but clean little motel. We initially thought it would be noisy when we got in late on Saturday night, but were able to get some rest. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was about what I expected it to be. Not a bad result for Booking having cancelled me out of my original reservation for unknown reasons. Do NOT listen to Google Maps if arriving here from the west, as we did.

There was not a thermostat, just a room unit and it was not as easy to keep the room at a comfortable temp.

The staff was welcoming, and the room was relatively clean; I didn't see any sign of bugs. The location is great, it's located near restaurants and shopping.

The hallway and the room had a slight smell of smoke; they attached some type of deodorizer to the air/heat unit, and it irritated my allergies.

I checked in on crutches, and had reserved a room with two queens. Upon check-in I asked if it was possible to change to a king on the first floor. The Manager not only accommodated my request, but put me in an handicap accessible room which meant I could maneuver around the restroom safely without having to steadily request help from my mate. I applaud her foresight in selecting my room, and her willingness to help. The staff were sincere in their greetings and conversations, they didn’t come off as those ‘mandatory company greetings’.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly! Talking to them was like you were talking to someone you had known forever! Our stay here was wonderful! Breakfast was good. The premise was very quiet, it was very nice not to hear any slamming doors all night long!

It had a pool, elevator, hot breakfast.Rhonda was nice ,friendly kind she helped me with my drinks and escorted me to the table before I checked out of my room. Kenya at the desk was very nice to us and our family.

Nothing all though kids were playing pranks by knocking on the door and running!
