The rooms were nicer than we expected, and very quiet, even though we were right next to the elevator. Breakfast included a decent variety of hot and cold food items. Convenient location to stay when attending Georgia Renaissance Festival.

Definitely a minor issue, but I would like to have seen napkins or a place to hang a towel near the kitchenette sink, and a bar or rack in the bathroom for hanging towels.

room was very nice with a nice view for daytime but night wasnt so great because the curtain did not shut all the way. I had to get a safety pen to keep it closed didnt need someone watching me sleep overall great suite across from the dining area was great

need USB lamps to plug in my phone they are nice to have I have 2 in my bedroom they are tap lamps to turn off and on they would look great in the rooms

The overnight staff was excellent. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. I always clean and sanitize a room before we unpack. These were rooms were extremely clean. I appreciate that because I know turning over rooms is time consuming and sometimes there isn't enough time to be thorough.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were warm and welcoming. We were happy that there was a microwave and fridge in the room.

The breakfast could have a little more variety in terms of healthier options such as fruit and cereals.

Hotel staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the area was safe. Central area, food places are close by and your 20 min or so from downtown. I wish there were a bit more options for the complimentary breakfast, but I guess you can't complain about free. Overall, will stay there again. Overall, good value for the money. Comfy bed and clean sheets. A good deal.

There were some dark stains in the carpet, looked a spill. The carpet was dark colored so not very noticeable. The microwave and heating system were old and needed to be updated. The lighting in the room was very dim. All soft lighting. You could also hear when people let their room door slam. Didn't happen often, but was noticeable when it did happen.

The location was perfect. We were there for ourr yearly church conference. It matched its name. It was very comfortable for the price. Living room furniture was a little worn. Could use some updating in that area

The rooms were nice, and the location was relatively convenient to the Renaissance Festival we were there for. Breakfast was surprisingly good, and ran until 10:30am, so we didn't have to get up extra early for it.

There were several pillows in the beds, which fluffed up nicely, but deflated quickly when in use. I would like to have seen some that were a bit more supportive.

The cleanliness and size of the second room was nice. I liked that our original room was replaced with a more suitable room.

I didn't like the original room as it was advertised as having two(2) queen sized beds only to discover it only had two(2) full sized beds.

The room was very clean, friendly staff, comfortable stay. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Good parking was available close to our room.

We got locked out of our room twice during a 2 day stay because the key card stopped working.

The property was nicely kept and the staff members were very helpful. I also like the fact that there was refreshment available in the lobby area. The location was ideal for our travel needs and there were a lot of places to eat.

The bathroom needed a hand towel rack. The pillows were too small. There was no safe in the room. Did not like the fact that the staff did not come back to clean the room if you slept in late. Need to add more item to the breakfast menu.
