Convenient area. Lots of parking nice lobby and plenty of snacks available to purchase. Nice they had a bar. Liked the soaps,shampoo. TV was nice and large and central in the room. Liked the blinds on the window, light in day, privacy, dark at night. Kitchen facilities were nice. Liked ease of walk in shower. Enjoyed coffee and tea 24-7 in lobby. And cream! That's a bonus! Breakfast was good, nice variety. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend your hotel and would stay here again!

Location was perfect! Staff was friendly and responsive to our needs.

Had to ask for housekeeping which wasn’t a problem but they only provided us with 4 towels and 2 rolls of TP for a 5 night stay. Bathroom didn’t have a fan so mirrors fogged up. Breakfast was decent but they shut it down early while still getting food.

Great location and I appreciate the extra safety feature having to use your key card to activate the elevator. Also the bed was amazingly comfortable, especially considering I just drove for eleven straight hours AND I have a bad back! Also they’re pet friendly and my little four pound poodle travel companion was with me! Did I mention the awesome tasting coffee yet??? I actually grabbed a cup to go and took a drink as I was leaving and quickly circled the parking lot and grabbed another!

kinda pricey but worth it no lotion or conditioner in the room ( I had to ask the front desk and they were happy to give it …just an inconvenience)

Car show - would have been nice to be warned. It was awful we got no sleep Fyi all dishes were in dish washer when we checked in- they were clean but who would have known? Also a glass was broken which I gave to a housekeeper.

Nothing, my stay was perfect. When I travel out of town I will look for this hotel brand to stay at. My favorite/top hotel ive ever stayed in.

The space, decor, warmth, privacy and cleanliness. I felt safe.

There was confusion from the General Manager. She had a need to go out of her way to approach me and my guest on a matter that was completely outside the scope of Business or appropriateness.

The customer service

The bar and dinning arear closed too early. I wasn't planning to leave the hotel during my stay. The hotel loss funds they could have added to their monthly income budget.

Clean, comfortable, decent amount of room. Staff was courteous and helpful. Just a one-night stay on our way down to Orlando, so it was fine!

We arrived later than expected and hadn’t stopped for dinner. Nothing seemed to be open anywhere around here. Good thing we brought a few snacks with us!

Very neat and clean. Lysol wipes every where. I saw someone spraying down the chairs and lounging areas. Fantastic to see in the times we are living in.

No garbage bags in any of the garbage cans. No rooms with 2 beds. ( Only King bed in Suites)
