The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. All of the staff, reception, cleaning, breakfast were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was sufficient with hot and cold options, cereal, fruit juices, yogurts, pastries, fruit and coffee. The hotel also has a fitness room which was good and a swimming pool area which was very nice and tidy. The hotel also provided a washing machine and dryer which was very good value. There was a bar attached to the hotel (which I didn't use). Within walking distance of the hotel there was a couple of restaurants for evening meals etc.

The hotel is about 3 miles from downtown Macon. if you don't have access to a car. I was travelling from the Uk and didn't then the only option available to get downtown was UBER - 9 dollars.

We've been using this Best Western for over 10 years. It's always clean and comfortable and an excellent location for everything we want to see in Macon.

I didn't realize that even though we used Booking I still had to pay $100 deposit. I really should have been more clear when we checked in. This was the first time we've been in the back part of the hotel. I don't smoke and I could smell cigarettes in the hallway (no biggie). I don't have any pets and when we first got to our room and I tried to take a nap there was a dog barking (I could overlook it). But in the morning my son and I were trying to sleep in, there was a child yelling from 7-9 am and it sounded like it was right outside our door. I'll just make sure we're closer to the desk and breakfast nook next time 🌹

I honestly cannot say enough nice things about this place. Not just the accommodations, but the staff. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and pleasant, and all had such an amazing positive attitude. Also, can I just say that the breakfast is amazing. Make sure you bring a little cash with you when you go get your breakfast, because those folks definitely deserve a tip.

The only mildly negative thing I could say is that the vending machine close to me was out of everything. To be fair, there were vending machines in other areas of the hotel that were well stocked.

there was enough parking space for my truck and trailer. The room was decent and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.

The wash cloth was covered in hair. Like someone had just shaved over them or something it was odd to say the least. There isn’t any food within walking distance. so if you have a truck and trailer or rv, you would need to order food for delivery and the delivery will come to the front of the building.

I appreciated the location right off the highway. Some restaurants and stores near-by. Not far from Downtown Macon a new up and coming area. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious and my pup was welcome.

The property is older and it shows. The pool was shut down and not sure if that was permanent or temporary.

Everything about this hotel was great. The rooms were very clean in every way. Bathrooms were very clean. Microwave and refrigerator were very clean. The halls were clean. The outside all around the hotel was nicely landscaped and nice looking in every way. The pool and garden area were very attractive. Looks like a complete remodel and overhaul. Looks like a brand new hotel. They have a wonderful breakfast every morning. Hot breakfast! Scrambled eggs, sausage, big biscuits, toast. cereals, juices, yogurts, milks, omelets, fruits, and more.

The location was excellent, hotel staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Planning on coming back in November! It was wonderful to have an outdoor pool with a courtyard!

The AC wasn't the greatest. The rooms were a little humid. Breakfast could've varied a little more for guests staying more than one day (it was very good, though!).

The hot breakfast was good and included sausage, eggs, biscuits, and sausage gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, milk, juice, coffee and the hotel employee managing breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was also sunny and cheerful, with televisions and news to start the day. Also our room was very clean.

you could hear the music (actually the bass) coming from the lounge while in the lobby but surprisingly couldn’t hear it in my room which was very close to the lobby.

Beds were comfy. Location was great. I enjoyed little bar next door. Had a good time.

Kids running through out the room over top of my room. They should have given the bottom floor. Also on when the shower is was running it made terrible noise until person turned it off. It woke me up at 730. But all and all the room was nice. Lady asked me when I checked in if I had a pet I told her no. I. Then an hour later she called me asked me if I was sure I didn't have a pet. Again I said no. Dont know why I was asked a second time. Bathroom kind of small. . But all and all it was a comfortable stay
