the property was very clean and the staff was nice. The woman that did the food was extremely nice and very friendly to all. she really does a great job.

The room doors are too heavy and hard to hold open trying to get your suitcase and etc into the room. the barn door bathroom doors are heavy too and need some type of handle to open and close.

The location was great close by where we were visiting for work. The hotel was very clean the room was awesome had plenty of room and had everything you needed in a hotel room. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel was close to about what ever you would want to eat.

A full breakfast bar would have been nice.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the eating area. We really like the bedroom and everything that was in it. It was nice the way it was set up so if someone wanted to stay up reading or watcing TV you could pull the curtain between the beds and couch.

I think breakfast was well covered for what most people would look for. From toast, fruit, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, and cereals. There are many restaurant's around you and you can get orders delivered.

The wifi was sporadic and especially when all rooms are booked later in the day. That needs to be addressed quickly as that impacts all guests and their children. All quests and their kids should be able to get wifi access quickly. That is crucial. I have a lot of allergies and had no problems at all. I love that this is a non smoking facility. Plus you didn't use smelly sprays or cleaners in the rooms. That is a real blessing for me!! Thank you and please continue doing what you are doing.

The biggest thing was the beds , that's a big deal for me , they were so comfortable , and the pillows were so soft , got great night sleep. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was very nice , had the Belgium waffles , my favorite. Checking in and out was a breeze, staff are the nicest people , very much enjoyed my stay .

Only one thing was the barn doors on the bathroom

I lived the location, cleanliness and customer service

not so much the property but I did not like that because I booked through Booking.com I could not do checkin from my phone

Everything, breakfast, real dishes and silverware was a nice surprise. The staff was so helpful and professional, super nice too!

it was noisy. Thumping and bumping. Couldn’t tell if heavy footsteps or from the room above. with all the noise I was not worth what I paid

the coffee was very good. the presentation was good and the food area was clean.

I would have like to have a choice of pork for breakfast sandwiches

Very clean in rooms and at lounge and day staff was great to include cleaning staff

TV did not work 4 of the nights last two nights tornado locally may have been problem they did offer to move me then they got tv fixed after few hrs . Lack of breakfast choices
