The lobby and entrance are grand. Very nice for conferences and banquets. The kids loved how elegant it was. We had no problem trying to park our 26' uhaul with auto transport on the back.

The rooms could use some updating to match the grandeur of the lobby. The bathtub had the gray grout in some parts which showed its age.

My stay was amazing and well needed as I attended a work related conference. The bed was so comfortable & the room overall was very clean. staff were helpful and pleasant as well.

The only con was that my room had a weird smell. It would’ve been more inviting to have a clean smell to the room to match its appearance.

I didn’t utilize food service so I don’t know how that is. Super cool thing, once you have the Hilton app you can have contactless check-in , and a digital room key on your phone to decrease the traffic in certain areas. That was really convenient. The location was safe and close to things I was needing. A bit of a drive to the city, but that was already expected. We was glad the pool was available for use, but the day we were going to go swimming, it had gotten drained for maintenance so we were bummed . The back entrance always had close parking spots, but twice there were 2 events going on in the ballroom. The guest were gathered out in the hall instead of the ballroom making it difficult for hotel guest to pass by. The room was decent size and very clean and comfortable. The shower water takes a bit to heat up, but once it does, it feels great.

Ballroom events had all their guest hanging out in the hallway which is gone but made it difficult for hotel guest to pass by when using the back entrance/exit. The back was more convenient for me, due to the front not having many close parking spots

The check out and check out staff was amazing! The breakfast staff not so much. The breakfast was cold and not good AT all for the $45 we spent everything else was spectacular! And the burgers and salads were also a 10/10 I will stay again but DEFINITELY skipping breakfast

Staff wasn’t very helpful. We went to the front desk to ask for a few tea bags. The receptionist did not even lift up his head, pointed his finger to the back and said, “Ask her!” No hi, May I help you nothing. He was very rude to say the least.

Check in staff was amazing. Overall had a great stay. clean, comfortable and convenient. Our toilet was clogged once we arrived to our room, but call the front desk and someone was at our door not even 5 min later to fix it.

Only one elevator was working when we were ready to leave. We waited and waited for it to come to our floor.

I like the location of the hotel, the name “Castle On The Hill” fits the description perfectly and love the late checkout time and bed was comfortable

The deluxe king room was overpriced and I believe it could have been bigger in size, bathroom could have been more spacious, and I could hear the noise from the next room, it was connecting rooms and I personally think it could have been more private

the place was good and comfy, my room was a bit dusty and for some reason I was expecting something fancier. I have to point out that the coffee is on point and the smell excellent very pleasant. the have warm under roof pool which we didn’t have time for it but I wish we did. after all I’m happy.

some dust in the room and rooms looked just like a common hotel even though the beds are super comfy

The lobby, grounds & room were very clean. staff was AMAZING!! I would stay there again just to see them!!

The TV in our room was AWFUL!! But, we weren’t there for the TV, so I’m not gonna let that cloud my review.

I liked that the location as it sets off from the main road. The facility was beautiful, clean, staff was so inviting and the guest were friendly as well. We were on a last minute family trip and it was perfect for our family stay.

There is an ample amount of parking at this location. However, at night the parking lot isn't well lit. This should probably be addressed as a safety measure. Also, the heater for the pool was broken and we were advised that we could swim but it would be at the cooler than normal temperature.
