The breakfast on the go came in handy , and loved the lady at the front desk that originally checked me and my group in . Quiet location and near food and shopping .

Staff was rude the following morning after shift change , the house keeper tried to rush me to check out my last day with still two almost 3 hours to check out . Honestly think she was just having a bad day but would have loved to be in the presence of the woman who originally checked me in she was very pleasant and friendly to me and our other guests

The Front Desk lady was really engaging, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. She also gave us some great advice about local places we could go to for snacks and drinks. Breakfast was well laid out with plenty of options. Morning staff were also pleasant and helpful. "Pet friendly" isn't always the right phrase but at this hotel that was definitely true!

The parking at the front of the hotel was full and there was no access from the rear of the property where the remainder of the parking was located. Trucks were parked in the access road to the rear lot which was likely a fire lane.

The location was good. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great

In a room for 3, we only had 2 towels and when we asked for more they acted like they didn't want to give us anymore. The ceiling and carpet was stained up pretty bad . The smoking on the balcony/walkway and the curtains are definitely not black out curtains. There was no refreshing of the room..no new towels even thou we stayed 2 nights.

Check was super easy - the people were very friendly! We didn't eat the breakfast, but there was cereal, toast, and microwavable biscuits. The beds we super comfy! The shower was awesome with great water pressure! There are several restaurants within walking distance, as well as a Kroger.

I don't prefer carpet in the rooms, but it was clean!

The hotel was perfect for me and my show dogs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The beds were very uncomfortable. I went over to Walmart and got a mattress topper to help with comfort. I was there from Tuesday to Sunday.

I enjoyed the room. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I will be staying here anytime we visit Perry!

I was looking forward to the pool but it was down for maintenance the entire time.

Advertised a pool & hot tub … but were closed. We were not made aware of the closure until after we had booked the room. Husband & I had been driving for several hours and needed the hot tub to ease the husband’s back pain.

The staff was very pleasant, the place was clean, cozy and convenient to the desire places me and my family needed to get to. Also the hotel is well situated around a lot of eateries.

I was disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn’t working.

Location was great little noise from the interstate allowing us to get a good night sleep.

The ice machine was down and could not buy water from the coke machine all diet drinks and water was empty.
