Ed and Chris at the front desk were amazing!!!! Booking.com was the issue, tried to check in with my confirmation code and pin because it was a pay in advance booking, but the hotel never received payment. The hotel said I paid booking.com, but booking.com never sent them the money. So I had to call booking.com to try and resolve the issue after driving 12 hours with my family of 4, we were tired and hungry and just wanted to check in. But because no payment was issued we couldn’t. I called booking.com and was on hold for over a half hour, and the issue was still not resolved. The front desk felt so bad for us they decided to let us go ahead and check in to our room, and they tried to collect the payment from booking.com. Because they said this was not our fault, it’s booking.com………and they’ve been having an issue with a lot of their bookings lately. I was told The woman before me was in hold for over an hour and a half, not a great way to start your vacation.

I am so please with the hotel setting me up another account so I could get a room and they put us where it was very convenient for us to get too .I was very tired after driving for hours just to be told they did not have my reservation yet but the hotel did what they had to to get us in a room even yhough it costs me more and it was a great stay

I did not like Booking . com because the hotel never recieved my reservation and it took me alot longer to check in but the hotel took care of it very well and did not raise t he price a whole lot ur price was total 117. and the hotel charged me total 151.

I love this concept of minimizing stuff that we don't really ever use. The services that we want like a very comfortable bed and hot shower were exceptional. This is a newer building so I hope they keep up with all the things that are currently rated high, like cleanliness, breakfast choices, delicious coffee, etc. I'd like to commend the night person for doing an excellent job welcoming us and orienting us to what was available in the area. I've forgotten her name, but it starts with a C and she is young. Keep up the good work.

Clean room, no carpet, space was very functional and modern.

I requested a feather free room when I booked due to allergies. I received an email that that would be done. When I got to the room, 2 of the 4 pillows were down (feathers). To be honest I always request a feather free room and it works out about 1/2 the time.

Breakfast is ok nothing stood out and location was convenient and contemporary look. Staff friendly and hotel clean and room clean too. Plan on staying again if price is good which it is currently affordable

Only complaint is mattresses are hard a soft pillow top would be helpful.

The hotel was easy to get in and out of, especially with the express breakfast! 🍳 I also enjoyed the simplify of the decor as well as the cleanliness. The staff was extremely kind and helpful during my entire stay.

Check in was great, Ed made it super easy and answered all questions. And Chad made sure we had all we needed for breakfast. Staff was great!! Room was clean and quiet.
