The bed slept great it was very comfortable. The room was very clean. Very quit and safe atmosphere. Staff was nice as usual. I always use this hotel when I'm in the area.

I've noticed when ever I use booking services some hotels give you a room with known issues in it. The shower adjustment was broke only worked as a hand held, stayed at head level when in place. The refrigerator was wobbling. The sink seemed clogged water was not draining normally, very very slow. I requested the room I normal used it was empty but they insisted it was unavailable. During my stay it was empty the entire time. But I really like the hotel.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to our request of 2 beds in the room even though it was late at night and everything was booked up. Things were clean and safe.

Booking.com falsely advertises amenities and rooms that Econo Lodge does not have. Quadruple rooms do not exist at this hotel. There is a disconnect between this booking site and the hotels rooms. We needed a room with two beds but when booking through booking.com, the site books king rooms with the hotel. We had to go out of our way to ask the hotel if they had any last minute availability for a room with multiple beds.

For the price, all was great!! I had a king size bed which was very comfortable with nice lenens and sheets. I slept like a baby. Lots of mirrors which was nice. Friendly staff. Convieneintly located off of i95

bath tub and shower were sub-par. Breakfast was sad. Very few options but at least there was a waffle maker

good location, great price, hotel room was very clean. the bed was comfortable and had everything I needed in the bathroom. they even gave us 6 pillows for the king size mattress! staff was also very friendly and helpful. I loved that pets were allowed at no additional cost.

i didn’t like how low the shower was, it was made for a short person. I’m 5’7” and found it to be annoying to use. the only other thing I did not like was the parking lot. parking was limited and at night it was quite dark.

They had breakfast and internet. Good value, location was clean outside which was reassuring.

Staff weren't the most friendly and they have sneaky pet policies. Make sure you ask about pet policies before signing anything.

I loved the friendliness of the staff. I called the lady lady who I spoke with had the best customer service. She needs a raise. I started at another Econo and that person was so rude but the person I spoke with at the one I stayed at was very helpful

The best part was the front check in person; she was very helpful and friendly!

They was purchased out by another company a year prior but it was still using its old name on the website which made it very confusing finding the right location!

Friendliness of staff was exceptional ! Victoria was pleasant and informative with any questions we had.

We had a lovely breakfast on Sunday, but the hours were different on Monday--so we missed the yummy waffles.

Excellent location to downtown Savannah shopping areas. I really enjoyed my stay.

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and blankets looked like they were new.

Pillows, although is great shape did not appear to have pillow cases. I liked that there was a waffle station where you could make your own but not eggs available at the free breakfast.
