The staff from the front desk, cooks, housekeeping & maintaince was simply put excellent! Everyone was friendly & more than willing to help if needed. The breakfast variety was top notch, the breakfast hours & amount of breakfast items available was great! Everyone in my family was able to eat items that they would normally eat at home. The hotel & our room itself was clean & comfortable. The pool hours was great we was able to go out & do our planed activities for that weekend & still come back & swim in the pool. Our housekeeper Mary I could write a book about her & her kindness with addressing my family's needs. The hotel was quite even though there was other family's there with small children. We was not disturbed in any way.

I had asked for housekeeping to change our bedding when they came to clean due to an accident, and the bedding was not changed. It was not a bad accident so I did not complain about it but just wished they had been changed. I also called the hotel prior to my stay, and talked to a lady who was nice, I told her that I actually had my dates wrong for the hotel and asked if I could come a day earlier, she told me I could and that everything was okay for me to come a day early ! once I got to the hotel they told me that I wasn’t booked till the next day and that there was nothing on file about me coming a day earlier! luckily the man who helped me was every nice and helped me get a open room.

I loved how kind and attentive both women were at desk services. They both had great customer service skills and can take a rush of people on like pros. Great employees!!!

I didn’t like that the elevator next to the pool is always wet and smells like chlorine but it’s inevitable since ppl have it use it to go back. But other than that everything was great.

Was a convenient location to go to my son's soccer game.

We asked for extra towels after our first day there and returned late to no towels at all including the ones we had in there. Called down after getting back late and was told we'd have to come get them in the lobby because he was the only staff person on duty. The hotel was way overpriced due to multiple activities going on in the town that weekend and they should have had extra staff to help with those staying in the hotel. The bed was comfortable but pillows are not comfortable at all.

Staff was amazing. Breakfast was great. Good hot breakfast with real food. Clean rooms and full size soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Some minor issues with my room having damp floor, dirty remote and was moved to a new room with broken curtains. All in all the stay was ok all things considered. The staff was quick to respond, kind, professional and very helpful and apologetic.

I love the location and how close it is to everything. This hotel is up to date with availability for all your technological needs. Would highly recommend for all travelers. Will certainly be staying again.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. I will continue to stay here.

Breakfast was excellent

Other than the taxes, there really wasn't anything I didn't like. FYI.....the stoppers on the vanity sink and the tub were both out of order......it didn't matter to me, but it will to someone. The hotel was very good. With a little extra something......(I'm not sure what).....I would rate your hotel EXCELLENT.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Especially the gentleman who served breakfast Sunday morning. I didn't get his name, but he was very nice and attentive with an extremely kind personality and a desire to exceed your expectations.

The bathroom in our room was incredibly small. For a two bed you would expect the bathroom to have more than 1/2 inch between the door and the toilet. I'm not exaggerating, to close the door for privacy, you had to stand off to the side to close the door and it cleared the toilet by 1/2 inch. Why would you design a bathroom this way? Even if you were a single, it was ridiculously small. It might seem like a petty thing to review, but we had 3 people in the room and it was very inconvenient.

The breakfast and the ladies who cooked should get a 10.

My first room was not up to par. The shower was dirty and one of the small lights were not working in room 218. The window by the air conditioner unit had gaps in it and you could look at an opening outside.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Food was really good. We love staying at this hotel, always clean and they are up to date on all new technologies.

Not enough time in the pool. The location is actually really good
