the bed was extremely comfortable and the guy that was there in the morning was very nice

Was ok at best. Coffee was not satisfying, juice tasted like it was sour, nothing was marked as what it was, seemed as though folks not actually staying at the hotel were able to come in and get food and take it out. The staff and hotel were friendly and a decent stay, easy check in/out. Very friendly! Location good. During the first evening after our arrival, evidently someone got sick just outside the main entrance and it remained there overnight. Didn't quite understand why the coffee pot was in the bathroom also! But overall, at least 3-1/2 out of 5. Bed was comfy but pillows were a bit small and were mismatched. All different sizes...just weird! A/c worked and fridge worked. The room and accomodations suited for what we needed.

That the cable kept going out and stayed down for hours on our first night. The lady at the desk had to call the cable people bc the hold building had no cable. They got it fixed then the next Morning it went out again. I called the front desk the lady said the cable was working on her end. So we was without cable that morning until it decided to come back on finally. Then the WiFi kept going in and out. We just used our Data on our phones. And the pillows on the beds was not comfortable at all. Too hard

I paid $143.00 for the room ok the transaction came to my phone I’m just wondering why they did a $100 deposit after we checked in to our room not while I was at the desk because I would’ve never booked the room and then they said it takes up to 14 days to get your deposit back smh never again. Please tell the guests all the hidden fees thank you

Good location for the stop we needed. The room was decent, beds decently comfy. Our room also smelled really good compared to other hotels we have stayed at.

The hot water in our room barely got hot. Had to take like a lukewarm shower. There was also a dried booger on our bathroom wall so that was gross. My parents also stayed in a different room and theirs smelled a lot like weed which whatever for that, my mom just don’t like the smell, and my dad also said the breakfast wasn’t that great.

The parking lot and facility was very clean. I was greeted and checked in quickly.

Everything was clean (lobby and room), the bathroom was a good size, the shower was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. Plus the staff was very nice

When you first walk into the room it smells like mildew and salt but after running the ac for awhile it goes away. The breakfast (eggs and sausage) were kinda gross but the waffle was good.

BREADFAST WAS OK. . MUFFING YOU CAN HEAT IN A MICROWAVE ORANGE AND APPLE JUICE AVAILABLE- EXTRA MUFFING YOU CAN TAKE FOR A MID MORNING SNACK. DAY PERSONNEL WAS VERY GOOD. ANYTHING I NEED FOR THE ROOM, I ALWAYS GOT IT ,

WHEN I LEFT THE HOTEL AT 2:20AM THERE WAS A BALANCE OF $119.00 IN MY FAVOR BUT THE NIGHT RECEPTIONIST WAS NOT ABLE TO GIVE ME MY REFUND. THERE WAS NOBODY TO GIVE HER THE AUTHORIZATION FOR MY REFUND. HOW CAN I GET ME MONEY BACK.?????
