Lovely view. Very comfortable bed. Good lighting. Plenty of sockets. Lovely situation in park.

Took ages for elevator. Pay to enter park, if only for the first time, should be reimbursed. Inside pool and hot tub needs attention. Loose tiles and debris in bottom of jacuzzi pool, sharp!

The meals were excellent. The door latch was broken on the sliding door. It took 45 minutes to an hour to find the registration from booking.com. Damion Washington is SuperStar. So patient and kind.

The drunk group of white folk Saturday night in the bar then restaurant. They were embarrassing and disrespectful. I requested security from the front desk to walk me to my room. They may have a right to be their but being publicly so drunk you do not know how to walk and enter an elevator in respectful manner is unacceptable. Respectfully submitted, Ambassador Dr. Angela J. The facilities are awesome, but I believe they have the ac calibrated in the rooms that have balconies overlooking the pool and lake. I was in room 305, and my sister was in room 309 both rooms' temp was set at 68 degrees, and it felt like it was 78 in the rooms. We did not go out to experience the balcony as we had other engagements off the property. So for a room to be set at 68 and no one in the room till after 10pm, the room should have been cold. So I called the front desk to move and they accommodated me. As I was going to the front desk, another guest was also complaining about their room temp. The room they put me in was so cool, but the view was awful. But I would take being cool over a view any day. Awesome breakfast So much to so on the property

Room was clean and view was wonderful.the staff was very friendly, and approachable.. had great conversations with poolside staff , restaurant staff, manager and General Manager..the vacation atmosphere was warm and inviting..,

The pool closed at 10:00pm on a Friday night in the Summer with many vacationers stunned in disbelief . There was no seafood buffet on a Friday night. Many long time patrons looked forward to the Marriot’s famous snow crab legs, prime rib , shrimp, salad , fixins Buffet..A wonderful evening for friends to gather , eat , talk , book an overnight or weekend room and enjoy the ambiance of the hotel and Park ..

The room was good, but the bed was a little too firm for me. However, overall it was a great experience as far as customer service, and the room. We will be going back, because the facility is such an amazing place to visit.

The cooks nasty attitude! When my husband and I went to the dining hall to eat dinner, we had a bad encounter with the cook. There was little food out to chose from and when the waitress went an ask her she came out of the kitchen with so much anger, throwing pans around and she actually came to the dining hall where we were seating to confront us, but she knew better. The manager apologized for her disgruntled behavior and gave us our dinner for free.

Location was amazing, the facility was great! People at the reception super friendly!! Rooms specious and beds super comfortable! Beautiful pools and the view was just a breathtaking!

Our room never got cleaned! I put a sign up requesting a room service, after getting back to the hotel late afternoon our room was not cleaned! I went personally to the front desk and talked to them about it and nothing happened, the room didn’t get cleaned!

Clean, pretty view, would stay here again now I know what is expected.

No coffee cups in the room. Called and asked for some, they said we will bring them right away. waited 30 to 45 minutes didn't get them. Went out looking for housekeeping. She was nice and gave me what I needed. Stayed 3 nights put dirty towels in the hall, never got any clean ones.Just know that if you want something you have to go find it.

Was in town for a wedding. Mr Micheal went out his way to help this poor Maid of Honor get the bride out the door and led us to some awesome photo-op spots when we returned. As a BLS instructor and RN, I often go around checking AED's for a green light or check mark indicating it is functional and ready for use. The indicator of an AED near the front desk was blocked, when I spoke to Micheal about it he promptly contacted the appropriate staff member to asses the function of the AED and unblocked the indicator. Something so little meant a lot to me, I am looking forward to coming back in the Summer.

The covers on my bed wasn't clean, had to call the front desk, but they fixed the problem immediately for my wife & I, discussed the problem with the manager professionally & we were satisfied with the outcome

The resort location was amazing. Also the hotel itself was great. A lot of facilities and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and the wifi and air conditioning worked fine. The breakfast at the restaurant was great.

We had some minor issues with the water. Initially there was no cold water(only hot) but they fixed it. The next day the water coming out of the faucets had a yellow color but the staff told us that they were fixing it the same day. The balcony door in our room was not opening freely. They offered us to repair it or swap the room but that was not a big issue.
