The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the wifi and tv service was excellent. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked great. The shower was great water was really hot ànd the water pressure was great qot a big shower head plenty of room in shower enough fron2!00 to fit easily without problem. Great!

Nothing really. Just less traffic at night and shady ppl hanging around walking out to a car that would pull up in random parking spots and ppl walking out of room 118 and going to those random cars and talking for a minute and then theys go back to room room 118 for minute then come back to the random car for a second and then leave...seemed like drug deals to me. That's the worst part but the rooms are Great

Thank God for Sydney. Sydney was cordial. Sydney was very helpful to me. My GPS wasn't working properly, and she drew me a map on Friday afternoon. PLUS, I had to call her at the Inn to guide me back to the Inn. Then, on Saturday, she printed out the directions to Fairfield Plantation Resort. She was patient and a sweetheart. You have a Jewel on your team. Phil was pleasant when I called to confirm the reservations.

The room smelled like dirty feet. I ask for some Air Freshner. It probably came from having wet Carpet from prior guests or stormy weather.

Overall the room was clean, bed was comfortable, decent parking. Staff was all very courteous and kind!

Not my room, but my mom's room had an odd odor to it upon check in. We stayed in the same hotel for my wedding.

I like the fact that the rooms and especially the bathroom and shower was clean. I also like the fact that I felt very safe.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't have any rooms available on the bottom floor

Staff personable… a couple of things need attention in room..there was something like poopo slung onto top of shower curtain… the ceiling in the shower was pealing off.. a few minutes after turning on AC the carpet beneath was soaked.. I think the drain line is flowing inside inside of outside.. we understand due to COVID, things have changed a lot..

I’m good just thought a little attention was needed before things get worse.. you don’t want mold to set in..

I loved how clean and comfortable it was super friendly management . The breakfast was right on. We are definitely coming back.

staff is just terrible . super slow, every time I had to deal with staff it was so extremely slow. like insanely . it took 30 to 45 minutes to check in every single time. it’s not ok.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the A/C didn't smell terrible, and the towels were mostly clean. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the above. I had very low expectations going into my stay here, and they were all exceeded. I just knew I was in for a mildew smelling insect filled surprise, and this place was none of that. The front desk attendant was very cordial and helpful.

The sheets on the first night were a tad sus so I ended up not sleeping under them. I didn't like the pillows as they provided zero head support, but the comfort of the bed made up for the terrible pillow. I won't hold it against the hotel. Overall there was very little to dislike about this place.

Was very close to where I was taking care of business. Have stayed before and was just as satisfied this time as I was last time.

First night I saw a small roach on the night stand. I killed it, never saw any others.

I was in town for a Wedding, and the location was great. It is set back off the road a little, so I didn't hear too many cars. Safe area.

There was a little bit of a musty smell coming from there toilet throughout my entire stay from check in to check out.
