Staff that checked us in were wonderful. Enjoyed the view from our room very much. Beautiful location. Did not eat breakfast there. Loved the hospitality and the pool side service!

First night we were not given the room requested and paid for. We slept in a two queen vs. one king bedroom.

The interior and exterior was great

The first time we came to front desk to ask about how we can extend our reservation, because we lived before in Waikiki hotel and we decided to come earlier for a few days, the front desk was really nasty and didn’t want to talk to us because at that time was not residents I believe, then in a few days when we came to hotel I put my Zimmerman white swimsuit on the wood table on balcony and it’s painted it, I was extremely disappointed it was on weekends and the dry cleaning didn’t work I hope I’ll fix it when I come home

This place is pricy, for sure, but totally worth it. Location is perfect, and, trust me, you don’t want to be in Waikiki, it’s so touristy. Some things we really loved: bike rentals from here, there are many places to ride around, that was a nice bonus. The valet is great, too. It’s 35 a day, but there were some days when we went in and out like 5-6 times, so totally got our moneys worth there. Private beach is beautiful, and really so many other things. I’ve been to HI several times, but this was the best in turtle bay! Also: the front desk ladies were angels, just so sweet and helpful.

One night, we went to the restaurant, zero other people there, then we saw why: insanely expensive. They also wouldn’t let us sit where we want even tho the place was empty! No big deal tho, we just ate elsewhere.

Everything is to like at this resort! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room was the perfect size; the bathroom was huge! The toiletries were top notch. The coffee in the room was better than a Keurig. This property was 100% ego friendly! I loved the free recyclable water bottles they provided and the water filling stations they had around the property.

Paying for parking, while being an overnight, guest is ridiculous. It was hard to find a parking spot. For $35 a night, I would expect there to be a designated hotel guest parking area, just as they have for valet. Valet is the same price, by the way, however remember to tip of you valet.

The location is perfect with space to explore. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The beach was not crowded and we went snorkelling but the ocean was choppy that day so visibility was not the greatest; still managed to see various tropical fish. We also went for a bike ride (as these were included in the resort fee) and enjoyed exploring the beautiful surrounds. The pools were a nice alternative to the choppy lagoon. The food options are great at least for a short stay, and Beach House by Roy Yamaguchi was exceptional. I also enjoyed the shopping!

Nothing; everyone was great

Beautiful resort and property. Hiked and rode bikes around the trails. Pools were nice but full of lots of loud kids. Amazing views from room on 5th floor.

Food and drinks are over priced. $130 for breakfast buffet with tip. Got tired of paying $18-$22 per drink. Went to gift shop and made our own. Seemed like extra charges were everywhere. Plan on spending another $250-$300 per day per couple for extras and meals. Better values elsewhere on the island.

open and spaces. fast elevators. modern clean and Hugh rooms. lots of things to do, hike, beach, pool golf, surf, Pickleball and Tennis. local Pickleball members were very friendly and inviting me to join them. Wrist band for identification and opening doors was a good feature. would be great if the wrist band can allow us to charge to our room. especially good if you have kids.

More chairs at the spacious beach and not get chairs taken away at 5pm

The resort is simply gorgeous! It's located on the northern shore of the island, far from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. The property is bright and spacious, and offers outstanding views of Turtle Bay and Kuilima Cove. We loved our room - it was bright and clean, the bed was comfy, and the balcony was perfect for sipping wine and watching the sunset. The resort staff were kind and helpful, and made our stay special. Can't think of a better place to stay on O‘ahu.

Food options are rather limited, and the food we tried tasted average. If they improved on the taste, this place would be 10/10.

Ocean bungalows were great! The breakfast in room was served meticulously. The bungalows were larger than expected and suited our family of 4 just fine. The staff were amazing, nothing like the automated Aloha you get in Waikiki. You feel a general warmth to everyones smile.

Housekeeping could be a little more meticulous. We found lizards in the bungalow but weve had similar instances in Maui four seasons. Choice of places to eat are very limited. This is to be expected since we were at the resort most of the time.

This property was gorgeous! The moment you walked in - it is relaxing and gave a real Hawaiian welcome. The pool was wonderful for my children (10, 7 and 3). Lovely views and a very clean property. we really enjoyed our stay here.

We had no rental car at this property, which meant it was very difficult to get around North Shore as there is no Ubers and Taxis. We stayed at the property the whole time - which meant we didn’t have a lot of variety of places to eat (also gets very expensive).
