Location for our trip couldn't have been better. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere with sweets and coffee in Metro Café each a.m. It was very laid back & quiet in the hotel away from the construction, and we rarely saw the other guests, although we know they were there. Parking was effortless and handy. Staff was extremely accommodating & pleasant.

Early morning construction outside was 😖 awful. Daily 7 a.m. wake-up calls due to demolition of neighboring structures was really irritating. Realize it's not the hotel's fault but it did affect our stay.

I liked the central location to all-things downtown Boise and access to the airport. The staff and valet were extremely friendly. I also tend to prefer smaller, boutique hotels -- so, this was a preferably spot for me in comparison to other bigger, name brand varieties.

The hotel does not offer breakfast but having the espresso bar in the lobby was convienient. The premade breakfast sandwich you can buy and have heated was tasty and it was well priced. Rooms were clean, mattress was fine, a bit too firm for me and not as comfortable as some others in better hotels we've stayed in that have Heavenly beds or something similar.

Loved the magnifing mirror but poorly placed down low on the bathroom counter. It needs to be eye level from the wall. Any woman 45 or older, who needs glasses would agree!

The hotel manager really made our first visit to Boise special. The location was great, we appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle and having bikes available to explore the city and greenbelt was awesome.

Housekeeping could have been better, products were not replenished.

Vallet parking was confusing when I arrived due to remodeling. If you stay more than 1 night, make sure you notify the hotel about fresh towels and sheets. We never got them switched out for clean ones.

The bikes were awesome! Check in was easy bc we did it online beforehand. Same with check out. Lines were great, towels and bath mat were fine. Loved the fact the window opened and we could sit in the sun.

There was a greasy handprint on the head board and the orange juice in the Metro Cafe was actually brown and disgusting. There was dog food on the carpet, and we didn't bring a dog.

The hotel was near great food and things to do within walking distance. I liked the hotel had it's own parking garage so parking downtown was a snap. Also you can check in online so no worries when arriving later because you can't postpone any fun.

Wonderful hotel. The windows opened for air. The neighborhood was ultra safe and walkable. Hotel was spotless!

Terrible tasting in-room coffee. (Thank God for the barista at Cafe D’Arte in the lobby!)

Hotel staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. On-site fitness room, cafe, and snack bar were convenient amenities. The room size is great (we stayed in a 2 Queen bedroom) and expected, the bathroom setup w/ the separated sink outside is very convenient. Shower pressure and space was good! Well A/C’d and thick walls (no sounds heard from adjacent rooms). Overall this was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay conveniently right in downtown Boise!

Fitness room could’ve been bigger (although you’re able to use a nicer gym, w/ a guest pass, a block or two away from the hotel) but its availability onsite was convenient. A pool would be nice to have as well but otherwise the hotel accommodations are moderate and great.

The hotel is well situated to restaurants and things to do in downtown Boise. The room was clean and comfortable, and quite. Free parking on site, plus a restaurant opened until 2am. It was a great place to stay.
