Quiet. Access to outdoors via patio to take dog out when needed. Nice breakfast. Clean room and nicely presented breakfast area. Friendly staff. Coffee/tea availability 24/7. Ice machine in good location.

In a double bed room, one of the mattresses crackled like it was filled with straw. Not comfortable at all. Other bed was great. Pet relief area had conflicting info. The instruction sheet said to relieve pets in the grassy area, but posted on the fence by the pool (where it was grassy) there was a sign saying NOT to let dogs on grass. Confusing.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is really clean, comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast options were great and changed every day. The pool/hot tub area was nice and clean. The location was perfect for visiting the Sun Valley area. The ice cream/boba tea trailer in the parking lot was a nice bonus! The pet area was perfect. There are good restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. I would absolutely 100% stay here again!!

The local channels on the TV were out.

Checking in was wonderful. The woman was friendly, engaging and helpful. She had a wonderful suggestion as to where to eat, and showed us how to get into the pool. Pool was clean, room was clean and comfortable. Everything looked good and worked. The breakfast was plentiful, had several options of hot and cold items. More than most other places we have stayed. Very nice place to stay. I will definitely stay there again and will tell others to stay there. Short 5 minute drive to Hailey where I did a training. Beautiful surroundings.

The staff was great. Our TV wasn’t working and Michael came to our room and reset it, which was lovely. More importantly, we had to check out quite late because my husband had a serious hiking accident and we are now in Idaho Falls. Everyone was wonderful about that. Thank you!

Not much—we like daily maid service, but understand its cost and implications. I’m sure that this is scheduled, but the carpets need a serious cleaning in the breakfast room, the elevator and the hallways. Otherwise, great place!

The room was super comfortable - spacious with really nice beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very good free coffee and tea around the clock. Decent access to Ketchum and surrounding areas. Great breakfast.

My only suggestion would be to add a couple more microwaves in the breakfast area, or swap out microwaveable breakfast foods with heated ones. The breakfast was excellent, but we had the misfortune of eating at the same time as two other families with 12 kids between them, and our baby was only interested in eating the microwaveable omelette, which apparently was also true of the 12 other kids. Definitely a niche concern that won't apply to most travelers, but having heated rather than microwaveable omelettes would've made life easier for the dozen plus tiny humans and their parents.

The room was clean and well appointed. Upon check in, we were given a free ice cream coupon to the cute little ice cream truck in the parking lot. Staff was friendly and the whole hotel seemed like it was well cared for. Free coffee and tea available in the lobby 24/7 and a nice little cooler of food and drinks for sale since everything in the area closes pretty early. Free breakfast was good enough.

The breakfast wasn't great- lots of carb options (breads, waffles, bagels) and some frozen cheese omelettes that you could microwave. Bananas were the only fruit, no breakfast meats, but I think there was an issue with a delivery truck so it may have just been an off day. For the price of the stay and how comfy the beds were and clean the hotel was, I can't really fault them for a breakfast that was included in the price of the room. Would return any time.

Great location for this side of Idaho. We needed a stop after Craters of the Moon but wanted something nicer than the motels in Arco. Silver Creek was lovely! Wish we could have stayed longer to really make the most of it. Lovely breakfast and wonderful pool!

All the doors in the hallway look the same! Very confused when trying to find the lift and must have walked past it every time! No actual complaints!

Very modern, clean, luxurious hotel, lobby and room. Easy & professional check-in. Room large, super comfortable. BR has shower stall (which I prefer to shower in a bathtub.) Everything you expect in such a room is there. Lobby sells microwavable food, snacks, soft drinks and beer/wine (didn't buy, so not sure of the prices).

Mattress too soft, pillows too bouncy (had to use my own pillow). All towels were thin and rough, not soft and fluffy as you would expect from a hotel with those prices. Same goes for breakfast, it was ok but not great.

Nice design, quiet rooms, and the heated salt water pool & hot tub open in winter was absolutely wonderful. Especially liked the convenience of the lower level rooms with patio door access to your parking space which made moving your bags directly into the room easy.

There was some noise from close proximity to the flight path of the airport that might bother some, but was not extended into very late evening.

Room was basic but fine for what we wanted. Room was clean and the rate was very good for the area. Staff was helpful with a TV issue but ultimately could not resolve the issue.

It was a bit farther from Ketchum than we thought, but not knowing that was our fault and not the facility. TV did not have local channels. Not a huge deal but you should know this going in.
