Over all the convenience of location and met all of my unusual requirements when traveling they met all my accommodations including my therapy pet which I absolutely have to have while traveling without that I will not rent a hotel unless my pet can come with

It would be nice if Motel 6 could accommodate Travelers to check in earlier than the 3:00 if there is room available if there is not a room available I completely understand

I stayed here for 3 weeks and was pleased with the room. The room was large! Lots of room for my fur babies. Room was clean, hotel employees were exceptional. I really did not have housekeeping,my choice, but the ladies work was out standing. They even cleaned the door jams. Front desk was all great! One person in general , Xavier from front desk was exceptional. Funny as well, made me smile, since my circumstances were not the best my life has brought. Morning & afternoon manager were always available, which is good! Even the maintenance man never stop, constantly i Hard workers, at least for my 3 weeks stay. Everything Merry Christmas! The floor was really dirty. I have 2 cats and I wanted a clean floor. Didn't mind because it gave me something to do. Got a Swiffer sweeper and wet cloth. Took a bit but it was very clean.

The staff at this location are respectful and friendly. I’ve been in others hotels before and they wasn’t nice like Motel 6 in Bridgeview, IL. I know everyone sees many people speaking about this Location some good some bad. But I will tell you this. come and check it out yourself. Because I love this place and wouldn’t trade it for anything else 🤷‍♂️ and those people who speak negative about this place are the ones who bring them nasty ass dogs/cats or they nasty ways. 🤷‍♂️ I’m always going to give them a two 👍👍 up all day.❤️

Guest don’t respect the staff

Love the fact that grocery stores and eateries are stone throw from the hotel.

The behaviour of the staff. I checked out and while waiting at the reception for the arrival of the Cab, I was pressed and I sought for a place to ease myself and the staff at the reception turned my request down. That was too bad for me.

That I was not ask if I need clean sheets or towels had to keep asking for toilet paper mind u I was there for 10 days I will keep saying this they really Need a bigger microwave for such a high volume place

I really like Motel 6 because of the comfort, affordability and desk staff politeness from Zulema Vargas and Jacqueline Rodriguez. These 2 manager employees are awesome is why I return. 🤗

Did not like Housekeeping knocking on my door a little before 10a about check out when my check out time is 11a. I was resting up before going on the highway up to 1015a and my rest disturbed. All my things was packed and in my vehicle at 7a. I am out a little before 11a always. I usually leave a money tip for Housekeeping, but opp not to do as this was my 3rd time this happening. 😐

Staff has been excellent. From the front desk to the cleaning ladies and the maintenance crew. Everyone had gone above and beyond to do their job with professionalism and kindness.

I enjoyed how easy check in was and how nice the staff was. Our room was very clean and had the name of the housekeeper as well if there were any issues. But there wasn’t everything was very nice and made our stay very comfortable

Front desk and cleaning crew are fantastic. The building needs lots of new things on the inside. Not staffs fault for corporates shortcomings.

I like to acknowledge your Manager, Zulema Vargas, as she is outstanding to help and see to my stay is fabulous. My room / unit is always nice and comfortable. Because of the customer service from the lobby Concierges is why I return to the site.

Not to much liking the dogs as came very close to getting bit by a pit bull, because of the neglect of the owner. I do understand nothing can be done about the dogs on property, but just went leaving and returning I have learned to watch and be cautious.
