The pick and drop facility to nearby places was awesome. It really helped us a lot. The behaviour of the staff was very cordial. I would like specially mention about Shireen, the lady driver who came to pick us up around 10 pm in night from nearby Burlington outlet. Appreciate her coming to pick us up late in night.

Breakfast was complimentary though but average, I would say needs improvement in terms of variety and quality as well. It was good to find fresh oranges in the breakfast though. The rule mentioning that one should come properly dressed with shoes on, must be removed. Though it is not strictly enforced but still the paper stating that should be removed.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Far better than similar hotels in the Champaign Urbana areas.

We were updated to a king room, and it was like a little apartment! It had a full kitchenette, a couch, a king bed, a sliding patio door, and a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was excellent and were willing to make our stay the best.

We like to watch TV while in bed and the TV was across the room in front of the couch. That's just our peticular preference, though. A little bigger TV would have made it perfect for us, but it all worked out. My husband had the complimentary breakfast and said it didn't taste very good.

The property was good not too excited about the apartments behind the hotel, too many random people walking the streets.

I didn’t like the bed, the mattress was worn down on one side and was very uncomfortable, The lid on the commode was smaller than the commode itself. The picture online showed an upright refrigerator the hotel provided a small one and we didn’t have any unless we walked to the lobby which wasn’t close to our room.

Got me checked in quickly and allowed me a 1pm late checkout. The breakfast was good. They had slot machines. The room was super clean and spacious and it was quiet until the kids started running throughout the hotel early in the morning but other than that, I’d definitely stay here again.

How far the room was from the front desk. You either had to drive to the front of the hotel to get to the front desk or walk through the hotel but that took like 5mins. It was a long walk.

Really happy with the price for what we got wasn’t disappointed at all about the room in general would happily stay there again if you’re ever in the area again

The pictures of the pool seem different than what was online at Booking.com while we never actually went swimming I was a bit disappointed of that also never could find a channel list in the room for the TV so that was a little bit of the inconvenience

The breakfast was warm, and comfortable beds I got the issue resolved from my previous stay, come to find out I was double booked and was charged a night for no show on one of the rooms, but the refund finally hit my bank account

There was a $100 deposit that took almost a week to be returned to my bank account.

The breakfast was fresh and good (only suggestion would be better coffee 😜). The pool was nice and my two kids really enjoyed themselves.

We could have used better communication at check in. I wasn't told that I had only been given one set of keys, because they were running more - two keys were included, but one only worked for exterior doors and the only only worked for our room.

Nice large King suite. Full kitchen with utensils and cooking equipment. Full stove refrigerator and microwave. The free drink at the bar was an awesome perk. Lots of pillows and towels. Everything was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was full including scrambled eggs sausage biscuits gravy fruit yogurt cereal milk toast muffins and bagels. Perfect start to the day

I was charged my room rate and deposit equal to the room rate at check in. When I checked out I was charged yet again. Not sure why i had to pay again at check out. Hopefully these extra funds will be released soon. Some employees were not very sure of what the amenties were i.e. the cocktail reception! Walls were thin and we heard neighbors that were across the courtyard.

Very noisy customers and therefore uncomfortable stay. I know that this is not the facility’s fault however it is an indication of the quality of your stay.
