The location of the hotel was amazing. It was surround by so many shops and amenities that I could walk to get anything that I needed as far as food, shopping, and entertainment. The room was very clean and I loved the style of the room with the barn door for the bathroom. Very Nice. The hotel room was very quiet. I fell asleep quickly and bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with lots of choices.

I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool. I wish there was a hot tub in the hotel after traveling a long distance. Only one elevator was working during the weekend so it made waiting to get to my room a little longer but that would be my only dislike.

Breakfast options were fine - except I missed having my morning low-sodium V-8 vegetable juice! :)

Disappointed there were no paper cups in the bathroom to easily access when I brushed my teeth. Also whomever tidied and restocked the room after our first night didn't replace the caffeine coffee packets - just left the decaf ones. But everywhere in the hotel things were VERY clean - great job and leaves a good impression as soon as you walk in.

9/11/24 activities in the hotel was crazy with the people running throughout the hotel made it hard to get into your room I understand the function for the event but was not aware till I got there it was difficult getting in and around the hotel for regular guest who were staying there verses the event of runners

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff members were pleasant and accommodating…especially Mae. She provided top tier service. Good breakfast as well.

Nothing I can think of that we didn’t like. We were here for a graduation and found it difficult to get an Uber to the event but that had nothing to do with the hotel.

Desk staff was very friendly. hotel was new and clean. the room and bathroom were nice size and clean. nice breakfast area- plenty of food options and plenty of seating. enjoyed our stay very much- also plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. there was a pool but we did not check that out

The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and put us in adjacent rooms. The breakfast selections were good. The dining room and lobby and restrooms were clean and well stocked. The staff members were very friendly.

breakfast was offered a good variety. Attendant was very much on her game. She kept everything filled and clean. Chicken sausage patties were a little to much pepper to my liking.

Oatmeal was not warm at 9AM. that was the only thing I saw that was an issue.

The shower head was very high up on the wall and aimed to the far edge of the shower curtain! Water shooting out on the floor. I had to climb up on the edge of the tub to reach it to adjust it! 70 year old women shouldn’t have to be taking those chances! Then dry the floor. Cleaning people should be sure this doesn’t happen.

The breakfast was good. The location was great it was close to stores incase you needed something you forgot. The TV channels were good we found something to watch and the heated swimming pool and gym were really nice. The staff was really nice and the heating/air conditioning unit was great it kept the room on our temp. target. It was close to the lakeshore amphitheater where we saw Homefree. The 6 hour drive to the hotel and the concert was my wifes birthday gift. The drive and stay was worth it. Thanks to the staff for doing a great job like most places I know from experience only being staffed for so many people for jobs nothing's easy if someone's out.

Been nice if there was food at the motel at lunch and dinner.

Had a very good stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only improvement might be the quality of the breakfast. However it was certainly adequate. Overall we were pleased and I think this is one of the better hotels in this area.
