my room was fresh and clean the staff was friendly and helpful they had a microwave in the room and a nice size mini fridge u could put a few togo containers in. they have a tub and a shower. fitness room was clean. didnt go to the pool though

no complaints I actually got to check in early with no issues or extra fees. I wasn't sure if the attendant was just being nice or if they didnt have a early check in fee. so be kind to staff you never know what they may do for you.

I loved the breakfast and also the room. clean fasciitis’s and they immediately take care of issues. upon arrival there wasn't any hot water but that was sorted out.

For this whole 3-night stay the swimming pool was mostly closed. They need a coffee dispenser all day and night. They didn't care for the $285 booking.com already took from me and charged me for the full amount

The check in was quick and easy, staff were really friendly. The room was nice, I loved that I could adjust the air conditioning. The bed was comfy and everything looked clean and nice. I was traveling alone and I felt safe

The carpet had some sort of bugs. I walked around in my socks while in the room and I got some bites on my feet and ankles . No bugs in the bed though so that was good

The room was awesome I had a disability room. The shower was great and the breakfast was awesome them pancakes instead of waffles was a hit with my family. Thank you so much for your service.

To me all I could tell was another bench out front to sit cause I'm a smoker.

The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful to every need we had. Breakfast was just what the kids wanted with the automatic conveyor pancake maker. I’ve never seen them eat so many pancakes. The helpful and hospitable employees really made the stay. I had absolutely no issues with them. The suite was good, but could have used a second TV in the room. I’d really like a bathroom with privacy from the shower. Bladders don’t stop when Mom’s in the shower.

Add a second TV to the room and maybe a larger seating area for eating in the room.

Good location, clean, potentially good breadsticks although some items appeared not stocked.

When I checked I was asked why I was visiting. I said I was going to a concert, the associate replied Jim Messina, I said yes, she said he’s staying here. At the concert I overheard a Messina staffer mention some fans came by the hotel the previous evening after the concert. Can’t help thinking giving out that information is unprofessional.

I like the bfast and the nice locations where it's at.

I booked through booking.com and was charged $238 and again full amount at Holiday In. the lady said it's a third party and have to sort it out with booking.com she wasnt much of a help.

convenient location, amenities and amazing breakfast. very great updated rooms.

the pool needs updating! it was slimy and burned your skin from so many chemicals. made my toddler cry because her skin hurt she said.

it seemed like they didn’t clean thoroughly. there was chewed gum, trash and heavy dust behind the chair

Staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. And the breakfast options were wonderful, and everything we had was very good!
