I loved the cleanliness of the hotel! The bed was very comfortable, and the iron worked well. The king-size bedroom was quite spacious and cozy. The breakfast looked slightly better than most places within the same price range.

The business center wasn’t available and the on site convenience store had a very limited selection. The prices were a bit higher than I expected. I don’t even think a gatorade in the airport cost five dollars.

The staff was excellent. They let me upgrade to accommodate my family. They were very helpful with the 2 issues I had. The pool was warm and clean. The room was also clean. They were happy to deliver more towels to us. Although I didn't request sos, they still came in to do light stayover service. The front desk people were very nice and helpful

The elevator could use some cleaning an the ice machine on the 3rd floor was broke.

That they charge a $75. per night pet fee. I have a very small 6 yr old Yorkie and have never paid that much for dog fee. They should definitely have that on their site, I wasn’t happy after I got here and found out. It was more than I paid for the room for 2 adults, after fees & taxes!! ☹️

Clean n smelled very nice when you were asked in.. rooms were clean!

Shouldn’t complain about this because it was free… but the free breakfast is as horrible! Eggs were watery.. gravy for the biscuits had burned pieces in it. Sage was ok . The muffins n little danishes were ok. Cereal was also offered and yogurt. Save your time n just go out for breakfast. Plus the bar was not open and the little restaurant was closed

When you first walk in the staff is greeting you with a friendly smile and welcoming you to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The free breakfast is better than most of the restaurants around here. The price of the room was very reasonable

I did not have any problem with this hotel.

I loved the location. The staff were extra friendly. It wasn’t noisy or loud. Breakfast was served.

A couple of things I did not like. The thermostat and the wall unit did not communicate well. It was extremely cold, then extremely hot. Also, the tub DESPERATELY NEEDS to be resurfaced. The tub had standing water in it. It didn’t fully go down the drain. That’s an easy fix if the company wants to fix it.

The Radisson in Fairview Heights feels like a home away from home. The staff is so friendly and my room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. And the free breakfast was a bonus

I am not a big fan of a pet friendly hotel

Breakfast was delicious. The staffing were great as well. The location was perfect because it's down the street from multiple restaurants. There also aren't any other companies close by the hotel.

There is only one thing that bothered me. There was no trash bags in our trash cans. I didn't want to put the trash in the trash bin so loosely. So, we used the bag that was stored in the closet as a trash bag.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast didn't have too many choices but what was there was good. Staff at check in and check out were pleasant.

The coffee pot was missing the slide in part that holds the coffee. Asked for a replacement pot but never received it.

The breakfast was good, I hope on the next trip the hotel has all repairs done, they also need to make sure the TV'S work up until check out, just a suggestion that all customers can get into the hotel with their room key from any door, I will still stay at the Four Points when we are in town
