We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was very clean and extremely well thought out regarding "special touches" throughout the room and the facility. The cleaning staff were very friendly and in good spirits. There is a very cozy fireplace and sitting area in the lobby to relax and mingle if desired. Overall, this is a very inviting rustic & modern atmosphere. I recommend this place if you are looking for a quality place to stay.

Unfortunately, there was only one hard to get to plug behind our bed and only one side of the bed had a nightstand in the room we had. The bed was comfortable if you like a fairly firm style however we are side sleepers that like a giving support mattress so we didn't sleep well at all. I would imagine that with a nice 4 inch mattress topper, it could be much more comfortable. Lastly, not every room has a deadbolt lock for extra security and the doorknob can be left unlocked if one forgets to lock it like a regular home entrance door.

The location near Emiquon Preserve couldn't have been better. The free coffee, bottled water, and snacks were quite welcome after a long drive. The bed was very comfortable. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

The room door doesn't lock automatically, which could be troublesome for a forgetful person like me.

gorgeous decor. entire facility was extremely clean. as a sleeper who has to have a fan, I was extremely pleased to find one already in the room.

I did find a few ants on the table in between the beds

It was perfect for an overnight stay! Beautifully decorated with a very spacious room and very comfortable bed. The owner was very accommodating of my special request. Snack options were a definite plus!

Very clean, the room was really nice, the bed was made out of very solid wood , had the feel of a log cabin, all of the towels were soft and everything was in neat fashion

Very easy check-in. Everything was very clean. There was a little coffee area with bottles of water & snacks. The room, closet & bathroom were a very nice size. would definitely stay there again.

Loved the check in and the personel was so helpful and friendly! An out of the way, country atmosphere which was so relaxing and comfortable. The log cabin rustic rooms were so clean and comfortable. A dream

As a venue owner myself, I know how much work they do. This is a tastefully, rustic decorated motel. All furniture is new, beds are comfortable, our bathroom was huge, our room was quite oversized. There is also a little coffee shops attached that made one of the best Carmel lattes I’ve ever had. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed. Check in is a breeze.
