We were there for a church camp meeting at 3ABN traveling from TN. Your staff were the sweetest and nicest., from Mary at the front desk that checked us in,to the man cleaning the rooms, to the nice gentleman that checked us out! The food was ok,the gravy was very bland but had too much pepper,the rest was good. Very easy access to the interstate! Many restaurants close to choose from. The hotel had PLENTY of HOT water and good water pressure! The air conditioner kept the room very cold!!! We’d definitely stay there again!!

Convenient location. Comfortable accommodations. Easy check in and check out. Parking right outside the room. Workable microwave oven and mini refrigerator. Friendly hosts.

First floor room requires taking steps down to get to it and then up to get to office level. Lighting in room only with table lamps and a floor lamp -- not bright enough. paint on wall by window scratched off and ceiling material near window was loose. Because room was below ground level, the window view was, to say the least, not good.

Affordable! Big deal for me personally. It was clean, beds comfortable, room temperature easy to control. Staff was courteous. Plenty of towels. I’m sure the folks that run this place are immigrants and do their best to make Americans comfy. They probably grew up in a different culture and they are proud of this hotel, it’s probably a quality place in their experiences. I’d stay again!!

From the moment I walked in the door it was sparkling clean and smelled good. The man at the front desk was super cool and nice. I was really happy because you never know when your traveling to different places what your walking into. It was great 😃

The biscuits could have been in a warmer and the gravy for them could have been more flavorful.

Liked the facility and would stay there again.

I like paying for a stay only once. You, Booking.com, sent duplicate billing to my VISA for both my initial booking and the additional day I had to extend my trip for. Both this Folio for $165.10 and billing for Oct 9-10 for $71.08 were sent to my Chase VISA TWICE each time! I need for this to be handled quickly, please. Comping my next stay would be a nice gesture, too!

Comfortable bed, plenty of plug ins, large room, large bathroom, friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms

We didn't like the breakfast. It consisted of gravy and biscuits with no meat or a make-it-yourself waffle. The waffle was fine, but the syrup was tasteless and thin. We were at least hoping for eggs.

Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

The blanket was thin and itchy. Housekeeping was extremely loud very early in the morning, knocking on doors and announcing. They woke me up every morning of my stay.

it’s located next to the highway for easy traveling to local hiking areas. there’s a McDonald’s right next to the location, it has a nice play place for kids and was hot fresh food. the property had a grilling area and picnic table with shelter. We had a family dinner and enjoyed it after a long day in Shawnee Forest.

Nothing to complain about! Have a $100 cash deposit on hand, I called before booking do I didn’t arrive clueless like some. So we loved the property! very accommodating and kind!

I love the location, right off I-57 and there is a McDonald's next door at which to get a cup of coffee on the way out. The rooms are clean and quiet.

Like most hotels, the breakfast is almost entirely carbs. My body can't do that first thing in the morning. When yogurt is available, it's in an extremely small serving (< 4 oz).
