Glad to be on the first floor. Cannot remember if I requested that or not. My room was on the end, so parking was very close. Nice to have a working ice machine on my floor. So many hotels lately have had trouble with non-working ice machines, not sure why they cannot get them repaired.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee was not very hot, but Staff was responsive and made a fresh pot when I brought it to their attention.

Building and grounds were spotless. Front lobby was decorated for the Fall season and very welcoming. Breakfast service was delicious with a wide variety of offerings. Pool area was exceptionally clean and neat. Rooms were better than advertised. Very well appointed and spotless. Parking lot was very well lit and offered safe parking. Couldn't ask for anything better than what Keyur(manager) and his team has to offer for this lovely property. Most definitely will return. Exceptionally priced for the superb value and friendly staff.

There was not one thing that could be improved on.

Bed was comfortable and well made, nice location, close to airport, gas station, and food.

Housekeeper opened my door without knocking 8am on my check out day, even when do not disturb label was on the door, so disrespectful, check out is 12 pm please allow your clients to get rest. Carpet is old, ceiling is cracked in the bathroom.

The breakfast had a good selection including eggs and meat. Large comfortable room. Would be great location if using the airport.

Staff was often away from front desk. Wanted a receipt when we checked out, but no staff at desk for a long time, so finally just left our keys and went on our way. Not many food choices nearby.

i liked how i booked my room an was suppose to come in that night about 11pm. I didnt get there until 3 in the morning an seamlessly the front deck guy put me in my room offered breakfast services in the morning an an has a 12 oclock check out time. When i checked out that morning the manager offered for me to have a lower rate then what i paid to come back to have a whole week since i was in the state for business.

being there for five hours an unconscience for most of it, i couldnt gather something i didnt like. Unlike others that nit pick SOMETHING thats not perfect

The staff was excellent. quite, a d clean Altho we were not planing to use the pool it was under construction and was closed could see where that would make a difference to some travlers.

We have stayed here a few other times before the mattress should be replaced we kept rolling to the middle as it was sunk in.

Well located. Good breakfast. Pet friendly. Clean, comfortable, and roomy. Friendly staff. Wifi worked well. Comfortable bedding and plenty of pillows.

Didn't dislike anything about our stay or the facility. Only thing I could say is the carpet in the room had a few stains.

Very large room, large sitting area with coach pull out into bed, chair. Lamps, TV, Desk with chair, Plus a separate Bedroom. King size Bed, Dresser, TV and door to close to separate room from living room area. Bathroom in between rooms. Large body length mirror. Good. Hot breakfast , Waffles, Scrambled Eggs, Hardboiled eggs, Sausage, Juice, Milk, Danishes, Fresh Fruit. Oatmeal. Yogurt, Even Pop Tarts for Kids.

Room had musty smell, reported to management at end of stay. Loud creaking noises from room upstairs and sounds in stairwell. I was in room 101.

Despite facing a difficult situation of having lost power all day, Lorenzo did an excellent job of checking us in, helping us find a clean room, and accommodating our needs.
