The room was stylish and comfortable. The bath and shower very nice and loved the Zenology products. The bed and linens comfy. Enjoyed our river view. The public spaces were comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. It was no problem to check in early, which made us happy and able to enjoy more time here. Parking arrangements were easy and no extra parking fee. We walked downtown Naperville and the river walk. Enjoyed our one night stay.

The accommodations were excellent- a clean, comfortable room. Everything was in working order. The location can't be beat and there is so much to eat, drink, and do within walking distance. Staff was friendly, free attached/covered parking as well.

The only issue we experienced was very poor wifi connection. This was a bit problematic since I had to work during part of the stay. The wifi ID and password provided to me was correct, but the connection was terrible (sluggishness that rivaled dial up).

Staff was great, everyone was more than helpful & kind. There was a good view out our window. Breakfast was excellent! It was very clean & smelled good. Toiletries were great quality, and I'm trying to find out where to purchase them!

Lighting in rooms was not pleasant. The naked bulb thing is popular but very unpleasant to sit and relax. Bed was a little on the hard side, BUT you can't have a perfect mattress to fit everyone.

The room was very clean when I first arrived there. The staff was so nice and patient with me even thought it was getting late at night. The location is also good because of the surrounding area which has all these bars and restaurants.

Room service could have been better. I travelled with 3 other people and they all showered before I did. I called room service to bring another towel but they didn’t show. I even called a second time after 30 minutes and they still didn’t come. If there wasn’t those small hand towels, I would have needed to just drip-dry.

Great location in Naperville. Love that it has free parking with the attached garage. Direct access into the hotels, lobby, coffee shop, ice cream shop and restaurant all right there and many other restaurants and bars all around the surrounding area and the Riverwalk is amazing just outside the hotel.

The location is absolutely perfect for staying I. Naperville! So close to lots of walkable restaurants, bars and cute shops! Only like a 10 min walk to the train station to get downtown Chicago and a safe parking garage located on the premises!

I did ask one of the employees for some recommendations on where a fun local coffee shop was and she didn’t know.

The location is great! I love the bathroom, and the balcony OMG!! The lady that checked me out was amazing and she gave me great nail inspiration (her nails were so stinking cute) along with her card for the next time I book a room. I definitely will recommend to everyone I know! I will definitely be booking for the summer!

Great location! I got the disability room and it was not only roomy and well organized but beautiful also. Vasili’s restaurant across the street was amazing. There were 6 restaurants in the complex so we had choices and didn’t have to go far.

Everything was good.

Location, convenience of garage parking, cleanliness, restaurant- we were there for a wedding and it was wonderful! The security.

The only thing I didn’t like was the keycard for the elevator and that is more because of myself. I love having that security for the guests.

I like a room with an easy chair. Balcony cleaners and window waahers came early in the morning.
