Cleanliness. Comfort.

Staff did a knock and enter around 4 P.M. on a Thursday. As I was the adult, and the person who paid for the room, I believe they should have contacted me via cell phone BEFORE performing the knock and enter. My 19 and 15 year old grandsons were shocked to have someone walk in on them. They were unwrapping my new U.S. Navy Sailor's purchases from the Navy Exchange. I never heard about the knock and enter from the staff so I have no idea WHY the incident took place.

We traveled to Chicago for our son Navy ceremony. After reading reviews online I’d figured I’ll book this hotel. We were very impressed this hotel met all of our expectations. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. Great location and around several restaurants. Breakfast was ready every morning and very delicious my kiddo loved the pancakes! Will definitely book again if I’m in the area.

The location was fantastic! Close...walking distance...to everywhere we needed to go. My grandson loved the indoor pool.

Breakfast wasn't great...no bacon, biscuits/gravy...my favorites. The tub was dangerous for us old people. There was a grab bar but no grippers inside the tub. We had to lay hand towels in the tub when we showered to keep our balance.

Clean room, comfortable bed. The whole hotel felt fresh, safe, and clean. Lots of space in the parking lot and the area around the hotel felt safe enough. Lots of towels and nice soaps available. For this price in the outskirts of Chicago it was a really good quality hotel. I would stay here again.

There was some sort of celebration being held in the hotel for which the people played pretty loud music. It would have been nice if the hotel enforced quiet after about 10pm, but it was not too bad.

The property was close and convenient to where we and my family needed to stay. It had a great breakfast in the mornings.

The girl that worked the night desk on the evening of July 28 and 29th was very unprofessional. She was hanging out in the parking lot with friends of hers that would park in a handicap spot. I had to wait for her to finish her conversation to check me in. She wore clothing that to me was unprofessional and on the second night that we came in she was in the lobby with one of her male friends counting cash, cussing and made customers feel very uncomfortable. this is not an environment I would’ve wanted to bring young kids through to see.

The breakfast was good. You had a good variety of items to choose from each morning.

I did not prefer that brand of turkey sausage. I really prefer bacon for my breakfast. I would like to try waffles for a rotation along with pancakes.

Love the room and all the food and shopping around the hotel!! Also loved the cold refrigerator and ac unit!!! Very comfortable and memorable stay

I didn't like the lack of tv channels and no guide on the tv for what was on. Need more options for your free breakfast.

Our family favorite place is the pool, which didn't disappoint. Breakfast was wonderful with a full array of options - prepackaged and fresh - eggs, potatoes sausages (pork and turkey). Tons of eating options within a mile or 2

Everything except for the breakfast was great

I didn't like that breakfast ended at 9. Some people like myself wants to sleep in while on vacation . Also get a waffle maker

The staff made me very comfortable the room was clean If I needed anything someone had a answer. I would love to stay again

The 1st taxi service didn't show up I needed to go to the navy base They really didn't want to take my service because it was too close and they felt like they couldn't make money That was a slap in the face I wouldn't use that service again for my taxi (American taxicab) Poor service
