Proximity to places we needed to be for events and visiting with family.

Room needed better lighting. Lack of personal care products (I.e., soap, shampoo, etc.) Towels were scratchy. Closet and refrigerator (which was hardly stocked with water) in an odd position.

The location is very good, is close to malls and restaurants. The room was comfortable. The staff had very good attention. There is a swimming pool and gym.

The cleaning of the bedroom should be daily for initiative of the hotel, not for my initiative. The variety at breakfast is limited, the rate included continental breakfast, but the menu is always the same. They could have the option of scramble eggs or omelette. The room key didn't open easly, I had to try several times to get the door to open. The room was chosen in the non-smoking area however the hall always smelled of cigarettes.

Pool was nice, but the pool room is slightly runned down. The vivid colors of the room where great! Bed was firm and that was pretty good. I like firm beds, so thumbs up. Very bet friendly. Room was a great size.

Bathroom was tiny and the shower didn't adjust to hot and cold. It was either one or the other. 3rd shift lady seemed out of it when I had a question. Nothing bad, but wasn't helpful. Walls are thin. Can hear everything.

Great location, professional staff, good value, clean, decent amenities, suitable for business meetings because many rooms have a little seating area, and ideally located near anything your could want -- from big box stores, to malls, to boutiques.

It was a bit dated in terms of the furniture (not many travelers need a full set of drawers), and is definitely a formal style hotel unlike the newer ones with small rooms and larger common areas, but these are minor quibbles, it is an easy and comfortable place that you can kind of set it and forget it, it does what you need for the price. Definitely will come back.

Good location, clean, well-laid out and comfortable king room with a mini-suite feel. The staff were nice, the facilities are good, it is near enough to whatever you need (restaurants, coffee shops, chain stores), but far enough removed so that you have some quiet. This is good for a getaway or a business meeting. The value is definitely an attraction.

I personally feel that traditional drawers (a dresser) are outdated, and I felt that the bathroom was too small, you had to go in and then close the door, but the sink area was outside the toilet and shower so perhaps that was by design. None of this was obtrusive, I just think that empty space is also nice. The first floor could have stocked some more amenities and food, but the place is surrounded by both high and medium end shops, so everything is close and easy to reach.

The property was clean , very nice property,spacious rooms ,comfortable beds

The swimming pool water was cold but pool room was humid. Breaksfast could of been free.The Toilet has hot water in the bowl .The shower will turn from hot to cool on its own while you are showering

Breakfast was limited so didn't pay for it during my second stay. Location was ideal - Close to shops, restaurants and transportation. The room was spacious, clean and well lit. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

No micro wave in the room was disappointing.

The floor was coming up by the air unit in the room. The showers have no grip on the floor my daughter slipped in the shower..no microwave. Could have better lighting.

Convenient location. Beautiful and clean hotel.

I loved the vanity outside of the bathroom. However, a small sink inside of the bathroom would’ve been nice as well. Otherwise, everything was perfect about the room

Everything seemed fine i thought it said free breakfast on bookimg sight but it was no free breakfast and the pool was cold! Most indoor pools aren’t that cold
